¡Disfruta de todas las comodidades del hogar a poca distancia de la playa! Las mascotas son consideradas (solicite detalles), y estamos seguros de que los peludos miembros de su familia apreciarán el patio privado y cercado y que podrán acompañarlo a la playa y muchos restaurantes y cafeterías a poca distancia de su hogar.

Esta casa de la 8ª fila en la playa está a solo una milla de los puntos de acceso de la popular Coligny Plaza y el Tiki Hut (con canchas de voleibol frente al mar, música en vivo todos los días y oportunidades programadas para bailar toda la noche en la arena, bajo las estrellas).

Otras cosas a tener en cuenta: ¡No hay que preocuparse por mantenerse al día con las teclas aquí! Los huéspedes recibirán un código de acceso a su llegada para el teclado de seguridad en la puerta. Cada habitación y la habitación familiar tienen su propia televisión de pantalla plana con cientos de canales de televisión.

A muchos de nuestros huéspedes les ha parecido conveniente que nuestra casa (distribuida en todo el nivel del suelo) tenga acceso para sillas de ruedas y tenga una cabina de ducha en uno de los baños (es decir, que no haya bañera para pisar).

This home was cozy. Had every kind of kitchen gadget you could want or need. Really cute small area for kids. Couches were comfortable as were beds. Access to beach was such an easy 5 min walk. And beach Area was quieter than staying right in Coligny. Home wasn’t new but was clean and comfortable

This has an excellent location to the beach and the bike path which is a short distance to shopping. The house was clean and well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. The house is also well suited for pets with hardwood floors throughout. Communication was prompt from the owners, we had a bit of trouble with VRBO accounts and receiving messages which was mitigated by good owner comms. This was our first time in Hilton Head and a strongly recommend this house and location. Take your bikes or rent them. You can ride them on the beach or throughout the bike paths on the whole island as the sand is very compact and the beach is wide except at high tide. And as other reviewers have mentioned, there is a large shopping area right down the bike path to get whatever you want. The bike paths on the island are amazing. The beach is excellent, a short walk from this house and not crowded, but comfortable space for all. Our family very enjoyed this house and location very much.

Family Vacation

Great house and location! Very clean and had lots of supplies. Nice that it had a fenced in back yard for our dogs. We had some issues with the Internet and TVs but great communication with the host!

This is a really cute house that was perfect for our family and dog. Well decorated, well stocked kitchen, and overall comfortable. Dry clean. Great location - 5 min walk to beach, 10 min bike ride to Coligny area.

Great Beach House!

We loved our stay- location is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to a quiet area of beach. We stayed with our three small children and dog and loved the little kids area with toys. The beach wagons, beach toys, and outdoor shower made getting everybody to and from the beach everyday as easy as possible. We rented bikes and could hop on the bike trail right at the end of the street to get around the island. The owner was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. I can’t say enough good things about this rental, we would definitely stay on a return trip to Hilton Head!

Little Slice of Paradise

We love staying at this house! The house is so comfortable. We have several adults and children in our group, and yet the house never felt overcrowded or tight. There is a lot of space for everyone! The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully updated! The house is on quiet cul de sac and a 3 minute walk away from the beach. Location could not be any better! My family cannot wait to visit again!

Great family getaway

Catherine’s home was perfect for our family vacation and my son loved his special little children’s area. It was very close to the beach to make for an easy walk, especially with the provided beach wagon. It was an easy bike ride to Coligny and the park. I would recommend and we hope to back.

Family Fall Retreat

Wonderful time at this location! C and K took care of us from the start by answering many questions about the house and its amenities. There were only 3 adults at this stay but the house could easily host many more very comfortably. The house was clean, had many useful appliances as well as a healthy stocking of items left by prior folks. We would definitely stay here again and advise others to do so!

Fabulous Location

This is a great house in a fabulous location. We were able to walk to the beach every day. We were also perfectly situated for sunrise walks along the water to hit coffee shops in Coligny Plaza right as they opened. We were traveling with 2 dogs and the fenced back yard was perfect for them— a nice size and decently secluded. We had some maintenance concerns which were handled quickly and with minimal disruption to our group. All in all a lovely trip. HHI continues to be one of my favorite summer destinations.

Just Perfect for Us!

This is our 4th year staying at this house and I can tell you, it truly is such a treat. Every year, there is something new that Catherine and Kevin have taken the time to add to the house that just make it even more comfortable and cosy! We love the location of the house- just a 3 minute walk to the beach! My family and I have so many wonderful memories at this house, we just love it so much!

Just perfect!

7 Mallard made our visit , family vacation so enjoyable! The house is very clean, decorated simply but with some beauty & flare, also functionality, has a great layout, spacious floor plan, extra amenities ( beach chairs, beach wagon, kitchen goods, very comfy furniture, 3 outdoor seating areas, games, books,etc) ample sleeping options and bathrooms with great shower heads, seating for 8 around the dining room table, and a fun little children’s area with books, toys & little furniture ( our grandson loved this area). Not to forget that the house is nestled back amongst greenery at the end of the street. Thank you for opening your home to us, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

HHI Summer 2022

Catherine's rental felt like a home vs a rental property. Small touches like having a fully stocked pantry from prior guests and cleaning supplies for the unexpected went a long way, especially after a day of travel. She was immediately responsive and communicative, very friendly and understanding. We can't wait for our next trip back in 2023!
