The house was beautiful. Immaculate when we arrived, and was the perfect space for our family. It was really hot when we were there so we had a lot of time in the pool which was amazing. Thank you!

This is a great house in a great location. Easy walk to the beach (I'd recommend bringing a little wagon to wheel your belongings) and an easy bike ride to Coligny. The house was clean and very well maintained. We had a minor issue and the property management company was extremely responsive and had it resolved quickly. We'd love to stay here again!

We had a really great stay at 2 Pelican - The home was super clean, an easy walk to the beach for every sunrise and sunset, and exactly what we needed for our family vacation. The house has been beautifully renovated and met most all our needs but the star of the show is the pool and hot tub in the back yard which we used daily. Also being convenient to Colingy Plaza was an awesome bonus. Even in the cooler Autumn weather and a little rain in the forecast it was still really enjoyable. We hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely perfect – very clean, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. We truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again!

Good location perfect
House was within walking distance to a nice beach that was down from the center and a lot less busy, house appeared to be just redone with higher end finishes and a great pool suitable for younger children

Great house and location.
We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, the pool and patio were wonderful. It is very close to the beach.A few things to note: there aren’t any beach chairs or bikes to use. In the kitchen, it has the basics. There wasn’t a 9x13 pan, but otherwise had what we needed.We would definitely recommend staying there!

Perfect rental for our vacation
Clean, bright and beautiful house. Few minute walk to beach. Gorgeous pool and outdoor living area. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beds were so comfortable. Property management great, responded immediately when we had questions. Cant wait to come back and rent again!

Exceeded all expectations for our family of five (14/12/9 kids) as house was as advertised and more!! Backyard oasis (pool, hot tub, grill, outdoor TV), two blocks from the beach and less than a mile from Coligny restaurants and shops. Very responsive property manager!! Perfect week in HHI with this as our home base.

North Forest Beach Getaway
This house is newly renovated, modern and new. It has no stairs which is a nice feature. It is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach and a bike ride away from most attractions. The beach is so wide and fun to ride bikes on. The pool, jacuzzi, and backyard are beautiful and private with everything you need to grill and relax. Tyler at Coastal was great to work with. We will definitely return.

Great place
Terrific property. Newly renovated. Great kitchen. Awesome to have 3 bathrooms. Plenty of space. Awesome grill and outdoor fridge. Larger pool and hot tub. And only 5 min walk to the y crowded beach.
A few minor items would raise the bar: not enough seating in the family room - need a sectional. Also in the smaller bedroom with bunks, could use a dresser or chair or both. Finally, if the grass area in rear yard was turfed, would be a little cleaner not tracking grass clippings into the pool. All minor items that would send this place over the top.

Overall we really enjoyed staying at this property. The proximity to the beach is great (3 minute walk) and is only about 1 mile to Coligny which is bike able. The pool and hot tub were nicely maintained. The entire property was just remodeled and done very well. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, small appliances, etc. We were the first renters so hair dryer and beach chairs were not provided but suggested to the rental management to add to the home. Our only 'complaint' is the size of the living is not large so if you plan on hanging out inside you might struggle a bit. We had great weather and spent most of our time on the back patio. The rental company was great to work with. We would definitely consider renting this home again.

My family had an excellent time staying at 2 Pelican Street. The backyard is amazing and was paradise for my three small children. The house was clean and well stocked. The only complaint I have (albeit small), would be that the yard/grass was serviced and a lot of the grass clippings made their way into the pool after the patio was blown off. Not a huge deal, but a bit annoying since it was mid-afternoon and we were all in the pool. We will definitely be staying here again!

The home was very clean and well appointed, obviously newly redone, and very comfortable for our family. The outdoor area was especially awesome, with a large yard, beautiful pool, nice grill, and comfortable outdoor seating area. Great location, just a short bike ride to Coligny and very close to the beach. We received a credit from the rental company which I used to rent bikes and beach equipment. Property manager was prompt and friendly in answering questions I had and handling a minor issue with our pool heat. I would 100% stay again and highly recommend this property to anyone considering it!
