Al entrar, seis pasos conducen a la sala de estar de concepto abierto bellamente decorada. La gran mesa de comedor ofrece asientos para seis personas y se abre a la cocina y sala de estar, con amplias vistas al campo de golf. La cocina totalmente equipada es perfecta para sus comidas de vacaciones, con vista a la sala de estar principal, ¡y le brinda un gran espacio para que todos puedan pasar tiempo juntos! Relájese en esta sala de estar luminosa y soleada que cuenta con un sofá cama, un sillón de dos plazas y una silla, además de un televisor de pantalla plana y un deslizador hacia el balcón.

    El dormitorio del primer piso tiene dos camas individuales, TV de pantalla plana y acceso al baño del pasillo con combinación de ducha / bañera. Este baño se encuentra justo a la derecha de la entrada del dormitorio y fue completamente renovado.

    El maestro recién actualizado está en la planta superior y tiene una cama king y un baño renovado en suite con una amplia ducha.

    El patio privado cuenta con sillas y mesas perfectas para tomar un café por la mañana o relajarse por la tarde. Esta villa para no fumadores es una excelente opción para sus próximas vacaciones si está buscando un lugar para sentarse, relajarse y disfrutar de la vida en la isla.

Home away from home

We loved this rental. Was perfect for our small family. Had a well-thought-out open floor plan, with comfy master bedroom/bath escape on 2nd floor. Attractive decor. The community pool was wonderful after dinner. We will be back!

September 2019 Stay

This was our 3rd time visiting Hilton Head and once again it was a great experience. 229 Turnberry is a very tastefully decorated villa in the centrally-located Palmetto Dunes. Proximity to the beach is about a 5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk. The villa backs onto the pristine George Fazio golf course. Our only concern was the pool across the road that had a sign on it saying ‘absolutely no swimming’. A few of the neighbours commented as they were unsure about whether or not to use it. Overall, the experience was very favourable!

HH vacation

This property was beautiful! Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. Quality cookware, place settings, stainless appliances and very nice updated bathrooms.

Relaxing vacation.

We have stayed in this unit several times. It is one of our favorites. It is very updated and comfortable. It is a god walk to the beach…we love the walk. You can also park at the Disney Resort. Only thing that would make the trip better is an hour earlier check-in…especially during the off season.

Attractive property especially for golf vacation

Very clean and attractive property. Beautiful updates all around the interior. Well stocked kitchen although we would have like a 10-12 cup coffee maker instead of a Keurig. Access to the beach at this Palmetto Dunes location took longer than expected because we could only locate one public access entry.

Like a Model Home!

This condo was completely updated, clean, fresh, and had all new appliances, silverware, plates, fresh thick towels, comfortable beds and pillows, very clean updates bathrooms and was better than a hotel! Even the kitchen utensils were new and well appointed. I will definitely stay here again. It was so clean and fresh and easy bike ride to the beach or General Store.

Exceptional villa all around. Very very clean, we had brought our own cleaning supplies(Lysol Products)due to Covid but really didn't need to use them. We were completely comfortable from the time we walked in. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved this place. Everything was updated and location in Palmetto Dunes was perfect. Would definitely rent this villa again.

This was our 5th time in HH. By far, 229 Turnberry Village was the BEST property we have stayed at. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Great deck with a golf course view. Pool across the street. We plan to come again next June and September!

This was our first time to HHI...we are typically Florida vacationers. We had a great time. This condo is gorgeous. The finishes are beautiful. It was a perfect size for a family of four. Extraordinarily clean....and I am VERY picky when it comes to being clean. The beds were comfy and the condo was fully stocked with everything you might need. The pool being steps away was an added bonus. I would definitely rent this condo again. 😊

Very beautiful, peaceful and clean condo. They were very equipped with everything you would need or want except they only had a Keurig for the coffee pot. If we would of known we would of brought our extra from home, we had to go purchase one for our stay. We arrived around 6:30pm and Palmetto Dunes did not have our pass. The rental agency was closed so it took us a little while to get a temporary pass until the next day, when we were able to get our one to get us in for the rest of our vacation. We really like the cleanliness of the resort properties. We will be returning!

June 2019 Stay

We had an amazing week at 229 Turnberry and in HHI. The condo was in mint condition- had spectacular views of the golf course and easy access across the street to the pool. Decor in the condo was beautiful- everything was clean and had the “beach- relaxation feel to it.” Will most definitely come back again and HIGHLY recommend
