Esta villa de Hilton Head tiene fantásticas vistas al campo de golf George Fazio! La cocina ha sido mejorada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de granito. Toda la planta baja tiene pisos de madera nuevos en todas partes. Desde su patio privado, se encuentra a unos 20 pasos del campo de golf más cercano. ¡Ninguna villa está más cerca del curso! El dormitorio de la planta baja cuenta con una cama King con baño a la vuelta de la esquina. El dormitorio principal en la planta superior cuenta con dos camas Queen y baño en suite. Los televisores de pantalla plana están en todas las habitaciones. Tome el Palmetto Dunes Buggy a la playa o andar en bicicleta - es sólo unos minutos.

Fun spot

Property has lots to do in one area. If you enjoy golf it is a convenient place to be.

Needs Improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great but the condo itself was disappointing. The upstairs temperature runs at least 15-20 degrees warmer than downstairs, it was miserable trying to sleep. There are no ceiling fans so no way for air movement. Downstairs, we would have to cover up with blankets because it would stay so chilly.Lighting is terrible, one lamp in the dining room and one lamp in the bedrooms; no overhead lighting. Ice maker did not work. Found roaches in the upstairs bathroom and also in the kitchen.The resort property has great pickleball courts and it is close to the beach.

Golf and Beach at Palmetto Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfectly located for our trip. We came to play golf and enjoy the beach. The unit was just off the 12th green of the Fazio course. The golf course was in good shape and played well. It was also a short distance to our second round at the Robert Trent Jones course. That course was also well maintained. We were a short bike ride to the beach and the Dune House. The actual unit was not as nice. Our unit at Inverness Villas wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived and there was a slight leak in the faucet of the downstairs bathroom. However, the resort was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A pleasant & relaxing stay at Inverness Village

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has vacationed in Palmetto Dunes (Villa Mare) on several occasions, and we decided to spend a week at Inverness Village. Overall, the experience was very good, with great communication end to end. The added privacy was welcome, and the longer distance to the beach and amenities was not an issue. The Villa itself was not as clean as we would have expected with very dirty air vent returns, and cobwebs & dust on corners & moldings. The furnishings and overall condition of the Villa were fine, but some maintenance items need attention (peeling popcorn ceiling). Overall though, a very relaxing stay.

Some improvements need to happen for a better stay!

The villa needs serious updating . The shower fills up the tub while showering . Cracks in the ceiling. No rugs or anything below your feet for comfort .

Reviewer Comments: Property was a nice place to stay and our family enjoyed it. One minor thing. We emailed management about a chipped coffee pot that should be replaced since my husband cut his finger while washing it. We don't want it happening to another guest. Overall it was a cozy place and we will come back.

Hilton head is nice but more like a big city rather than the small island experience we prefer

The property was in need of repairs and updating. Served its purpose but was not what we expected.
