Ocean Dunes 420 frente al mar villa recientemente renovada cerca de Coligny y restaurantes

GUAU !!! Hermosa !!! Recientemente renovado, todo nuevo. Este cuarto piso villa frente al mar tiene un dormitorio con una cama king size, una cocina completa con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, sala de estar frente al mar combinada y comedor. Hermosa costumbre cabina de ducha de azulejos. Las camas adicionales para este condominio incluye un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Hay un balcón situado oceanfront directamente fuera de la sala de estar, que ofrece una vista panorámica del océano. Encontrará océano de dunas situadas en el extremo sur de la isla, a lo largo de South Forest Beach Drive, a poca distancia de la Plaza de Coligny. Ocean Dunes es una propiedad frente al mar que se encuentra a unos 70 yardas del océano. Great stay but needs a few things

The place is very clean but you need to get all the tvs worked on. The bedroom tv we couldn’t even get a signal. And the directions for the tv were for a different cable provider. Awful. The tv in the living area we couldn’t ever get live tv. You need to work on that. It would also help if you had things as simple as salt and pepper. Otherwise the view is one of the best. And the place was very clean. The sofa was not the best but good enough for the beach. We had to leave a day early because of a family emergency so that was a bit disappointing too.

Reviewer Comments: Villa was clean upon arrival and all amenities and common areas on property were very well maintained by property management. Fantastic ocean view but furniture in #420 was sparse, worn, and in need of cleaning. The king bed was particularly bad and incredibly difficult to sleep on. The lumpy and uneven mattress should have been replaced years ago. Kitchen area was clean and well equipped.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had every breakfast and lunch out there. The unit was well equipped except there was no potato masher. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Dunes 420 was a great condo for my husband and I for our 35th wedding anniversary vacation. Not super fancy, but had pretty much everything we needed. The view was spectacular, and our most favorite thing about this condo! Overlooking the beautiful grounds with pool and ocean in view! The least favorite thing was the indoor furniture. I get why owners don’t want really good furniture in their rentals, but with us being 60yrs old, we want to be comfortable sitting in the condo and watching TV in the evenings...esp with the time change and it getting darker earlier. The couch is a sleeper sofa and most sleeper sofas are not very comfortable to sit on. Almost all condos have them, tho! The other 2 chairs are wicker and also not very comfortable! Recliners would be soooo much better! It said bed new in 2022, but it is like a memory foam mattress and we sank down in which made it a work out to turn over! We are used to sleep number bed, so this was hard to get used to lolThe balcony furniture was lovely!! We spent a lot of time out there during day hours. The condo was clean except for in corners and behind things. I pulled out the bedside table to plug in my phone and lots of dust and hair behind there! We did figure out to operate the living room TV, but never could figure out how to watch live TV on the bedroom TV. That was somewhat frustrating. We could watch apps, but that’s it. Overall, we loved the condo and location! We brought our own bikes and spent most days rising the trails and rising on the beach!

The only issue we had was there is a VERY soft spot in the floor of the balcony. We reported this to the rental agency upon departure.

The beaches are also beautiful..
