Upon entering this home away, each guest will immediately be greeted by the open layout of the dining and living areas that will be perfect for entertaining the whole gang and the fully equipped galley kitchen that will make meal prep a breeze. After a full day spent reading by the shared pool or on the white sand nearby, the enclosed back deck with a gate will be just the place to sip an evening cocktail as the sun dips behind the trees and let your dog walk safely off-leash. When nights come to a close, each bedroom and the living room offer flatscreen TVs for endless entertainment and ceiling fans. Not to mention, the high-speed WiFi is more than ready to assist in streaming favorite shows or hopping into a Zoom call while away!

Christmas vacation 2022

We enjoyed staying with family in the villa at palmetto dunes. We walked everyday and found it to be in the perfect location for what we like to do !

Fall Golf Weekend

We loved staying in this property! It was very clean and nicely updated. Being in Palmetto Dunes was so convenient to golf and all our family activities. We will stay here again!

Perfect beach home!

We loved this property! It had all we needed for our family of seven plus our dog. It was spacious inside and out on the deck…lots of room and furnishings for all and so nicely decorated. The rooms are huge and the beds were all so comfy. The close location to the pool (2 minute walk) and 12 minute walk to the beach using the path behind the property along the golf course was quick and easy! We love HHI and Palmetto Dunes and though we’ve stayed on many parts of the island, we all agreed this home was our favorite! We would definitely return in the future.

Great!

The unit beautiful, cleaned well and in a great location. It was well-stocked with linens, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. We took our dog and it was great for him as well, easy to walk outside with a nice little backyard area. Highly recommend!

Super Nice Place!!

We loved our condo! Decorated beautifully and tons of storage!!! We had an issue with the air conditioning and it was addressed shortly after we called the manager. We had a wonderful time!

Twins beds need replacing

Villa had great location. Master bedroom and bedroom with queen/double bed were fine. The two twin mattresses were not supportive enough for anyone over 100 lbs. A small child would be fine. Our teen had to sleep on the sofa. No family members were able to sleep on them.

Beautiful Condo

We stay in rentals on HHI every couple of years and usually on the ocean or steps away. November isn’t the season for that so we didn’t mind staying about 4 miles away. Beautiful clean quiet condo close to shopping and beach. The only down fall was the twin bed mattresses were not comfortable and we basically only slept there so sleeping comfortably was very important. That’s the only reason I rated the overall a 4 star. We never contacted management.

Cute condo

The condo was nicely decorated, we loved the deck beautiful scenery. The only downside to this condo was it wasn’t as clean as I would like. All of the walls were so dirty in desperate need of cleaning and painting. Also the steps to get into the condo were completely falling apart I had to call the company to fix it. Nice condo just needs some deep cleaning
