Great place

Property was well maintained and clean. We had a group of 14 people and had plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Would definitely rent this property again.

Nice Property

The house was perfect for our multigenerational group of 12. The kids LOVED the pool. The location is great, a half-mile walk to Coligny Square, 4 houses from the ocean. Lots of kitchen glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc. The property managers came over to introduce us to the house and were responsive. We had a little trouble with the hot tub towards the end of the week but we were using it a lot.

Amazing

Our week could not have been any better! The weather, island and activities were terrific. However, the best part of our trip was the house - it had everything you could possible need to enjoy a week with your children and grandchildren! The house was exactly as advertised, well equipped and close to the beach. Chris and the property manager did absolutely everything they could to make our trip carefree and memorable. Thank you!

Family vacation

The house and surrounding area were great. Our clan of 16 from 6 to 70’s enjoyed the spacious rooms and facilities. The screened in porch was a great hangout area. Recommend this home to any large group.

Large Family Vacation

We rented this house as the first large family vacation with my husband’s side. There were 20 of us total (10 adults and 10 kids ranging in age from 4-10). The house is clean and beautiful and there’s so much space that you wouldn’t have known there were 20 people staying it. There was also plenty of privacy and rooms that everyone had their own space when needed. The house comes equipped with everything you could need and then some. But, the best part is definitely the location. The walk to the beach was so short and easy even with younger kids. Also, everyone we worked with was so kind and helpful. We can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay and the house!

Outstanding HHI gem

Absolutely beautiful home with everything a family (or group) needs for a great Hilton Head vacation. Leave your beach towels, chairs and toys at home. This home takes care of all of that. Well appointed and very comfortable. This home makes your vacation awesome!

Awesome stay in Hilton Head

Wonderful property for large group of adult friends and their kids. Pool on site, plenty of common areas to hang out in without feeling on top of each other. Rena and Juliette, the property managers, were excellent communicators. A gorgeous beach a 3 minute walk away. Would stay again!

St. Louis Crew

This was the first time we stayed outside of Palmetto Dunes. The area did not disappoint. Everything was close by within walking or biking distance - shops, beach, restaurants. The beach access was directly across the street which made it so nice to be able to go back and forth. The house was very nice with a large, open floor plan that accommodated everyone. We had a couple of small issues but the property manager responded very quickly. We would definitely return to this same property. There are two sister properties owned by the same partners that would make it great for a very large group that needs 2 houses.

Amazing!

House was amazing!!! Short walk to the beach, beautiful pool and plenty of room for all. We had a few small issues that were quickly resolved by the property manager…. We would definitely choose this property again!!

My initial reaction to the property was wow. It is decorated beautifully. The location to shopping, food options, and the beach were perfect for us. We utilized the pool and hot tub finding it perfect for our family during the cooler week we were there. We spent many mornings with coffee on the screened in porch. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms provided the privacy and just "get away from everyone" time for all. We loved it and would highly recommend.

Great House for a Large Family

We spent our Christmas vacation here with family from all over. The space was perfect, instructions were clear and the location was a short couple of blocks to the beach. We struggled a bit to identify the correct house since we arrived after sunset but other than that it was a great trip. The property managers were wonderfully accommodating and were easy to contact for any issues, even during a holiday week. We hope to come back again when its a little warmer to fully utilize the location!

Thanksgiving family gathering

We LOVED our stay in this house. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked, and set up great for our large family to gather. We had varying ages and family sizes and the rooms were situated well to meet everyone’s needs and comforts. We cooked meals every day and they had everything we could possibly need to cook and feed 20 people. The pool and the hot tub were so fun for all of us and the screened in porch a relaxing space for morning coffee. The house is surrounded by beautiful greenery that really makes it feel refreshing and relaxing. I was surprised how close to the beach you actually are! We made a lot of trips to the beach and enjoyed the beach chairs and toys that were provided. Rena, the property manager was exceptional to work with and was very responsive to the couple quotations/requests I had.

Ten Stars!!!

This house is beautiful and in a great location. Just across the street from the beach and a short bike ride or walk to Coligny Plaza. It's right on the bike trail as well. I've never seen a kitchen so well stocked. So many dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, small appliances. We used the elevator for luggage and groceries. How convenient is it to pack your bag, and roll it into the elevator, push a button to send it to the garage, and roll it out. In a hotel, sure, but this is a house. Pretty cool! Plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The bedrooms were set up well for pairing parents with their small children or babies, with a den for separating families. The babies all napped beautifully without bothering each other. There was also a king size bedroom upstairs off to itself for privacy from the families. We stayed in the king size bedroom on the main floor. There were games in the living room and ping pong in the garage. There was a room off the garage with a beach wagon, cooler, corn hole, bocci balls, lots of beach chairs, beach toys, and floats. A grill and a large table and chairs on the covered porch by the pool. And a half bath right by the pool. The pool was beautiful with the cool waterfall. And an outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off sand from the beach. We really appreciate the pack 'n play and high chair provided. We loved this place and we recommend it highly.

Great Family Vacation

The property is beautiful and well stocked for usual needs. The pool was so fun for all the kids and adults. The location was very convenient. The older kids and some adults were able to walk to the stores and the beach. We were very happy with the responsiveness of the owner and manager. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Very accommodating

Kitchen well stocked with everything you need for cooking for a large family vacation. Outdoor seating area, under deck hang out area was fabulous for cards. Outdoor shower with warm water and outdoor pool bathroom perfect. Plenty of beach chairs, wagon. All bedrooms and bathrooms nice sizes. Back gate easy to access bike/walk path. Beach close and not crowded. Manager very responsive to requests. Upper screened in porch perfect for AM coffee and hanging outside while others getting ready to go out.

Perfect Fit for Our Family

Our large family needed to switch our Christmas plans at the last minute and this house proved to be the perfect gathering place for our group. The completed amenities were awesome and it looks like the pool and hottub will be ready any day. Since it was 17-30 degrees Christmas week, we didn't miss them. We did walk on the nearby beach every day and played cornhole in the generous garage. The elevator proved a critical convenience for our disabled and elderly guests. We would absolutely come back if the occasion arises.
