We stayed for the month of December and couldn’t be happier. The Villa was clean, and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Good walking distance to Coligny area. We will be back!

Great Place!

We loved this property! Great location and easy access to everything the island has to offer. It’s also in a very quiet area, which is nice. We felt like the owner cared about their guests’ experience by providing a little welcome package and having other niceties available, like beach towels and other resources to make it a comfortable stay. If we had to provide any criticism, it would be the cable television options. If you like to wind down the night by watching sports, cable news, HGTV, or Food Network, your selections are limited. Granted, you don’t go to Hilton Head to watch TV, but a more complete cable television package would have been a nice addition to the stay.

Snowbird vacay

We have been traveling to Hilton Head for several winters now and this villa was by far one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Everything was as advertised and checkin went smoothly. We would have booked for next winter but it was already “taken.” Looking forward to future stays here. Thank you!

Loved the villa! The property is beautiful and all the variety of birds were beautiful to see. We were excited to see an alligator. The recliner in the living room was The most comfortable chair in the world!! Lol wish there was more than just basic cable.

Perfect location

Clean condo. Had all essentials to start plenty of towels blankets etc. Plenty of supplies for beach days, cooler, beach cart, chairs, blankets, umbrellas and toys. Great location felt very safe. Would highly recommend staying here again, great for our two dogs being on the first floor condo a plus. Management answer messages very quickly. If bringing dogs just keep close eye on area of snakes and gators when taking them outside.

Nice area, bring a bike!

We loved the villa and the neighborhood! Felt very safe and clean and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Beach is more like a 30 minute walk though and was very crowded. It is a good idea to either bring or rent bikes and not rely on finding a parking place at the beach.

Nice Unit in Shipyard

The unit was in good shape and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch even though it is small. Overall the unit is very nice and is well stocked with everything you need for vacation. We had a small dog with us and found the unit to be clean. There was lots of parking outside our unit which was great. We would definately recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in Shipyard.

Wonderful Golf course villa

Perfect south-end location nestled in the center of Shipyard. The open plan & back patio facing the golf course gave us plenty of room with our two teenagers & pet. Bottom unit. Rental company was quick to respond. Well kept grounds & well lit walking path within Evian was nice & my kids felt safe walking dogs at night.

Labor Day Getaway

We enjoyed the Evian Villas The property is nestled in a beautiful community with easy access to the pool. We enjoyed walking the dogs around the lagoon with our morning coffee. The beach was a short bike ride away, but also used the beach parking pass with no issues. Management company was prompt in answering questions or any concerns. It is a good dog friendly villa and location. Not a lot of extras in the kitchen like plastic wrap, oils etc. like you might find extra in some rentals, but well equipped with cookware and even had a KitchenAid stand mixer.

Home away from home - has all of the basics!

The villa was very nice, it was great to have the basics in the kitchen available for cooking as well as having an outdoor grill! Furniture was comfortable. Walk in Shower was great! Villa had a vacuum (which I had to replace the belt on), washer and dryer (dryer timer sticks and takes a couple of runs to dry), a couple of beach chairs, and a small rolling cooler. Could use a swifter sweeper, overall cleanliness was acceptable for the high use items, but the villa could also use a deep cleaning (I understand the fast turn around of the villa, but we had to retrieve something that went under the couch, and it definitely hadn’t been vacuumed), fridge could use a deep clean too. The back patio area has the sticky gum balls from the trees everywhere and needed to be mowed/tended to, a bit of a negative with dogs. Our dogs enjoyed the villa and beach though! Villa was well located, close to shopping and activities on the island. While walking to the beach is certainly an option, if you have limited mobility I suggest driving and using the beach parking pass provided - more like a 5 minute drive there. The beach access was great! Showers & bathrooms, rental chairs available, very clean beach. Management company was quick to respond and very friendly and helpful with questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Villa For Our Family Trip

This was a lovely place to stay with our family / pet. We had everything we needed provided for us upon arrival and really enjoyed the board games at the house on those rainy afternoons. Only wish the beach was a bit closer. Took a lot longer than 10 minutes with kids and beach stuff to get to the shore. Definitely advise driving if you have kids. Otherwise it was fantastic!

This property has no Wow factor. It has everything you need, but nothing that makes you think "now that's nice!. But it does have chairs, tables, sofa, beds, etc. So enjoy knowing you have all of the essentials.

Family time away!

This property was amazing for me and my family and in a great location. easy walk to bike ride to the beach. Property management was amazing and answered all questions and even assisted us with a friends issue while there. Great place to stay!
