Best Vacation Ever

We gathered in Hilton Head for our family vacation with 10 adults and 9 children under the age of 6. This house and location was the perfect spot! The home is lovely and the backyard and pool are perfect for any family. You can walk to the beach and hop on the bike trail. It really doesn't get any better than that. Everyone had a wonderful time!

Tennis Camp!

16 of us stayed here while we attended Van Der Meet tennis camp. The house accomodated us perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to hang out after a day on the courts. The beach was an easy 3 minute walk. Perfect location!

I organized this trip for 5 couples-10 adults. We all had our own comfortable bedroom and bathroom. It was FANTASTIC. When I had questions, Rob was so helpful. Pictures and description are accurate. It was so very pleasant and beautiful. We are from Nebraska and we very much hope to be back!!

Family Vacation

We had the best week in this beautiful home. It had everything you could possibly need, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The screened in porch was awesome, as well as the pool area and backyard. There were enough beach chairs for all of us- it was just perfect. Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing location and property on HHI

Beautiful new property in a prime location on HHI! Everything well thought out in the house and plenty of space for our large family. Easy walk/car ride to Coligny and right next door to all that Sea Pines has to offer! Beach was easy to get to as well. Would certainly stay again.

Family Beach Trip

This was our 18th family beach trip and our first time to Hilton Head! Our group included 10 adults and 10 children, ages 8 to 19!!! We had a blast and the house was perfect for our family! The location was great because of the beach access right across the street and the proximity to both Sea Pines and Coligny Plaza. I would highly recommend staying at this house!

Lovely time

We brought a group of women for a retreat for 5 days. It was perfect. The weather was lovely which of course made the stay even nicer. But the home and the host were great. Each room was nice sized along with bathrooms. And the common areas were all perfect for our group of newer friends. Loved the jacuzzi and fire pit too. It is just a short walk through this sweet trail to the beach and conventionally located. I highly recommend.

Gulf Coast Veterans visit HH

The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 16 (4 families). Everything we needed was there: beach chairs, lots of parking, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, firewood to start firepit. Pool was cleaned twice while we were there and trash picked up twice. Beach access is fantastic. Do be mindul that alcohol is illegal on HH beaches. It appears that if you have a drink in a closed cup or insulated tumbler, no one will ask, but don’t have obvious cans or bottles. There is no signage about alcohol on the beach, so we didn’t know, as it is permitted on Alabama beaches. The bike and run paths right outside the house are wonderful. Grocery stores close by. We will be spoiled forever from renting this house!
