Curtains on the windows and doors in the front. The lighting was very damn throughout the house and there were only six coat hangers for the entire unit. I could go on, but that will be enough.

This gorgeous place was an amazing get away!! Very clean and welcoming place!! The pictures are very accurate!! Great view of the ocean on the balcony perfect for morning coffee or just talking to friends!!!

Great condo for our weekend beach trip.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location, comfortable and clean condo with everything we needed for a great family weekend at the beach. Enjoyed the view of the ocean and pool from the large balcony. We even saw three deer by the park accross the fence.

The unit was nice, but the lights in the spare bedroom did not work well. We thought we would be able to see the ocean a little more and that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but it didnt majorly effect pur stay. The elevator did not work consistently and my mother has a bad knee so the stairs were difficult. The host was very responsive, the location was nice and close to restaurants and shopping. The balcony was big and kitchen well stocked.

Perfect location

We had an amazing time at this condo! It’s perfectly described and in an amazing location. The pool in Admirals row was never busy and there was ample parking. The condo had everything we wanted and then some (games, books). My kids (3 months, 3, 5, 9) didn’t want to leave after a week’s stay! From the condo to our feet in the ocean during low tide was just under 1/4 mile! We had amazing views from the balcony. We also loved that the beach had lifeguards (there were multiple shark sightings!). We saw alligators and lizards on the property which was an awesome experience! We haven’t even been home a week and my kids are already asking to go back! Just remember when staying here it is at a beach- so expect sand!

Relaxing stay

Great location. Has a full kitchen which is nice for a longer stay. Balcony is lovely, great view and I could even hear the waves. It was pretty quiet around the complex our entire stay. The pool was very clean and the beach was a short walk away.

Beach getaway!

Great condo with beach view from balcony, nice spot to enjoy morning coffee and an afternoon glass of wine. Property adjoins the beach for a morning walk listening to the ocean. Host provided everything for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed an occasional cooked meal in a well equipped kitchen. Nice two bed, two bath unit in a quiet area close to some great restaurants.

Comfortable and convenient place to vacation

My husband and I spent 4 days at the property for a fall vacation - the condo was great. Very furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, and a short walk to the boardwalk to ocean / beach access. Any communication we had with the owners was clear and timely - they were wonderful when we had questions before and during our stay.

Great Acvomodations

Easy access, very clean with everything we needed. Not quite as close to beach as expected and the view a little different than expected but we could enjoy a view of ocean from bistro table on balcony. Great to have elevator and wagon to carry supplies. Thanks for a comfy, great time!

Family vacation

This was our second year in a row staying in this unit. It is a nice top floor end unit. Owner communication is great. Kitchen is stocked very well. One of our favorite units in the resort. Hopefully we will be able to return to the unit again next summer!

Beautifully Beach Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. Beds were comfortable. It was an end unit (far end from beach) so it was very quiet. The smaller pool was right outside and the larger pool and bar were a short walk. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker and other gadgets. Would definitely stay here again

Okay but ocean view is not gorgeous

Inside of property worked fine. Oversized kitchen that was well stocked and nice living room. Bedroom space was tight but it was fine and 2 bedrooms with tvs and 2 bath was great. There was a lot of dust on the master bedroom ceiling fan and the bedframe was clunky and filled with dust pockets but bedding was spotless so overall good there. I actually went to the wrong building in Admiral's Row at first because I was looking for that gorgeous ocean view, which this place does not have. If you are at the very end of the balcony you can see a slight peep of the water. This building is behind another building that is truly oceanfront. The pic you see in the listing is zoomed in. We booked this place for the balcony and view which severely lacked. Balcony had broken tiles and rusty fixtures. Beach items (such as chairs and wagon) were very worn, with holes in the wagon and tattered chairs. The thing is the condo itself is a fine apartment and the location is safe. But vacationers pay premium price for this place because it's advertised as gorgeous view with an oversized balcony. The balcony is big but you set on rusty old furniture and look at the parking lot and small pool below you...not the water. Because of this we barely used the balcony the 5 days we were there. **I highly recommend a deadbolt be added as well. While location felt very safe, lock was equivalent to a bathroom door lock.

Very nice place

Our condo was very clean, just as expected, with a view of the ocean just a 100 yard walk away, steps from the pool and a short walk to the tennis/ pickle ball courts. Had a glitch in getting a parking permit for myself, wife, and 2 adult children traveling in 2 cars, but Michael responded quickly and resolved the situation. I would highly recommend for couples or family.

Very nice location and view.

We really enjoyed the pool, the ocean view from the balcony and the amenities. Very nice up-to-date kitchen for cooking. Michael was very helpful in helping us obtain an extra visitor parking pass when my cousin stopped in to see us. Thanks Michael, we enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Clean, well kept condo in great location. Easy private beach access, great amenities. The only negative was we were unable to get the TVs mounted in the bedrooms to work. Otherwise, the condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great Villa

We had a wonderful time staying at this Admirals Row villa! We particularly loved this corner unit with lots of daylight and a great view. The unit was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. A couple of side notes: The kitchen is well stocked, but many items were showing wear (chipped dinnerware). While the online description indicates there is a double reclining sofa, there is only a sofa sleeper. Neither of these were problematic, just something to be aware of. Thanks for sharing your wonderful beach villa for others to enjoy!
