Cocina totalmente equipada con placas, nevera w / máquina de hielo, vasos, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes. HDTV de pantalla ancha LCD. Acceso gratuito a Internet en la habitación de alta velocidad. HHB & T cuenta con la mayor piscina frente al mar en la isla, una parrilla junto a la playa / piscina, bar Tiki, 10 canchas de tenis iluminadas gratuitas, parque infantil, gimnasio, restaurante del hotel de servicio completo y tienda de regalos. Seguridad las 24 horas y una gran ubicación en el carril bici con el alquiler de bicicletas sitio. Lo único que faltaba a usted ya su familia.


    Nuestra villa está bien mantenido y tiene una cocina bien equipada. Nuestra cocina tiene un refrigerador grande con máquina de hielo, no todas las villas hacer. Nuestra cocina dispone de lavavajillas, no todas las villas hacen. Nuestro balcón tiene un ventilador de techo con luz, no todas las villas hacer. Nuestro balcón tiene una mesa de altura de la barra con 2 sillas altura de la barra, más 2 sillas adicionales, no todas las villas hacer. Nuestro balcón tiene una gran vista sobre el estanque de la piscina y la playa más allá, no todas las villas tienen una vista. Nuestra villa es verdaderamente una de las mejores villas en la playa de Hilton Head and Tennis Resort.

This was our second time staying at this property. The location is amazing and the complex is fantastic with being on the ocean plus having a huge pool and 2 restaurants on site. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need. And I can’t say enough with how responsive the owners are. I had a quick question during our stay and I received an answer almost immediately. I would definitely recommend and I hope to come back again.

The room was small but was laid out nicely and had everything we needed. The amenities of the property were excellent. This location is in building C which is a short walk on the boardwalk to the large pool. This pool is large enough for a lot of people and has numerous lounge chairs so plenty of room for everyone. And direct access to the beach was very much appreciated. Also has tennis and pickleball courts for guests to use free of charge. Also 2 restaurants on the property and within walking distance to another restaurant. Convenient location to many areas of the island. We would definitely recommend it to anyone interested. We would stay here again if in the area.

This was a perfect place to stay with my two daughters and my best friend for a girls beach getaway before going back to school! The bed was comfy and the villa had everything we needed. It was clean and the host was so nice and responded quickly when I had questions. It was very close to the boardwalk that led us down to the beach we had a great time!

I had a great experience at this Villa. The atmosphere was great and there were so many fun activities to do at the convention center! The room was great and I really enjoyed my stay!

We had a awesome stay. The whole family loved it. Everything you needed was there. We stayed on 3 floor so we hot to see ocean and pool area from our room. Perfect size room for our family. It was very clean amd owners answered us in a very timely manner. Loved the family atmosphere ❤️

We love staying at this resort. We've stayed here every year so we know what to expect but i expected more out of this condo. Everything was just very outdated. Theres no actual room which isn't shown in pictures from what i could see.

Happy home away from home

Perfect walk to beach. Could not hear neighbors. Had the needed essentials there. Check in and out process was very easy. Description was spot on. Would book again without a question.

We had a wonderful week. Great weather and nice accommodations. Condo was is a perfect location and everything worked great. Only one glitch. I forgot my crock pot. Hope who rents next enjoys it. Thank you for a great week! Kathy

Small, comfortable villa

The villa was adequate for our needs. The furnishings were attractive and the kitchen pretty well-equipped. We loved being on the third floor and being able to see the ocean from our balcony! Our only complaint was that the bedroom was far too bright for sleeping. We had to hang a beach towel over the window next to the door, and even then a great deal of light shone in from the walkway outside. Other than that, we found the villa an excellent place.

Great location, easy access, good amenities

We enjoyed our stay at HHI Tennis and Beach Resort. The pool, playground, and access to beach were positives. The only reason not a 5 star is the quality of bed in the bedroom is not good. It may be the worst bed I have ever slept on. The condo was functional but it is small and tight with 3 kids which is to be expected. Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. Not having a washer and dryer was new for us in a vacation property so that was inconvenient to have to use a shared laundry room. Overall good stay and would recommend.

Great location to beach and pool

I REALLY wanted to be able to put a fantastic review because the owners are so great with communication but I will give my honest feedback here: Pros- wonderful communication with the owners. Linda let us know the day before that we were going to be able to check in early and both owners communicated quickly when we had issues. Both of my teenagers actually said the sofa bed was very comfy. The condo is stocked with everything you need for the beach (chairs, pool noodles, boogie boards, sand baskets).Cons- our bedroom sheets and bathroom mat both had stains on them. Something that we may have overlooked in the listing but did not know when we arrived was there is no door to the master bedroom. The bedroom is “shared” with the bunk bed area. We had an issue with the cold water not turning on in our shower and were asked if we would be able to use pliers and fix it ourselves. After telling the owners no, they did come out and fix it the next day, which we appreciated. Our key pad lock ran out of batteries halfway through the trip and the owner was not super sure of the lock combination but after about 6 tries, we were able to get in and used a physical key the rest of the trip. Overall, we still had a very nice trip to the island!

Great Condo & Great Owners - perfect for adults w/ small children

My family & I stayed in this condo last week. The owner reached out to me a few hours before check in to let me know our room was ready for our arrival - I appreciated that. The room was perfect for us & the location was awesome. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and pool. There are 5 of us that stayed: my husband & I, with our 3 children who are 6, 6, and 3. My twins slept in the bunk beds just fine. I just wish there were bedside rails as my kids tend to move a lot when they sleep so I had to get up a few times and push them over to make sure they wouldn’t fall off. My daughter co-sleeps with me so she slept on the bed with my husband & I. There is a pull out couch for extra sleep space, but she wanted nothing to do with it. We had no problem lounging around in the evening in the living room. We used the couch, two chairs, and the floor. We would also enjoy the balcony chairs at night time - so peaceful out there! The kitchen was nice. Plenty of space in the fridge and the freezer has an ice maker. There’s 2 coffee makers & a microwave as well. There’s also an oven - we did not use it. There were plates and bowls and silverware. The only problem we ran in to was only having one fry pan. We made bacon & pancakes 1 morning & could only make one at a time on the stovetop. Only 1 complaint: the whole unit needs a good dusting. suggestions: 1.the towel racks & curtain rods need secured. They look like they will come out of the wall anytime now. 2. Offer more TP.

Vacation Stay

Communication with the owner was excellent, property well maintained and described. Our stay was great with all the needed amenities provided. Facilities are always great with the beach and the pool in close proximity.

Room was very nice!

The room was very nice and had everything we needed including beach chairs which was great. I do wish the description had been clear about the bunk beds being in the actual bedroom. The pictures online makes it seem like it is separate. The room also needs a full length mirror other than that we enjoyed our stay! It was nice being able to order pizza for supper at the resort that first night after traveling and the pizza was delicious.
