HH memories

I have stayed in this complex over 20 times in 35 years and this was the best updated, well stocked and greatly located yet. Bob communicated extremely well. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here! The condo has been beautifully updated and was very clean and comfortable. The living room area was nice for relaxing and we found the beds to be very comfortable. The condo is in a good location as well, close to plenty of shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. The owner is very commutative and quick to respond if there are any questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent Condo

We come every year to HH and this is by far the best condo in the resort. The comfortable seating in den , supportive mattress , and the kitchen is beautiful and well equipped !!We are planning to return next year for 2 weeks !

Check in was not easy at the resort but the owner of the property was so great.

Our stay was so great. The big wheel wagon was the best thing for us to take to the beach as well as unloading food from the store. Very up to date condo.

Hilton Head condo

If you are looking for a condo with an ocean view in HHI, this is a terrific location. Bob is tremendous to work with. We will definitely be back and I would highly recommend it.

This condo has been remodeled beautifully. It was spotless and comfortable. Great location with a lovely ocean view. The property owner was so helpful, made us feel so welcome and provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I would highly recommend renting this property!

Great Experience

Our stay was awesome. The 2 bedroom condo has all the updates and everything you will need for vacation at the beach. We have stayed at HHI Beach and Tennis resort 3 times now. Great location and this was best condo to date. Owner is focused and attentive to ensuring your stay is wonderful. Highly decommend!

Summer Vacation

The property was very clean and updated. A great location and short walk to the pools and beach. Owners have many extras that made our stay easier. Plenty of beach equipment, towels, dishes, wagon, luggage cart etc. Communication with the owner was top notch!

Nice condo

We enjoyed our Fall break. We played pickleball, rode bikes and loved eating seafood in varies of restaurants close by. This unit is close to the beach and we enjoyed it’s convenience. Property manager is easy to reach and very fast in respond questions.

Beautiful HHI Condo

The location of the condo was just as described. It is newly renovated, has a fully stocked kitchen, cozy beds, and couches that recline. Our family enjoyed playing pickleball in the morning, going to the beach all day, and playing tennis in the evening. It was very convenient to have all the necessary gear for the beach available to use. I would definitely stay here again!

Top Notch Unit

We have stayed at this property several times and this unit was just great!! Very well appointed. Had anything and everything you might need. Pictures are very accurate and the communication with the owner was the best I have ever experienced. We definitely plan to return!!

What a great condo & fantastic location! Bob was amazing with communications (directions, what to expect, activity/dining suggestions, everything!) He even texted us throughout the week to give us a heads up regarding the electric company “energy saving” events, which was helpful to know during our very hot week. Wonderful people to rent from!

Fantastic place and property

Just want to say how much fun our family had here. Great communication with the owner was a HUGE plus with questions and things going on at the beach/complex. Gorgeous beach that I did a lot of running on, beach day with the kids, sunset walks and just enjoying the ocean views. Fantastic restaurants in the area. Mini golf if you are into that. Just an overall very good experience and would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a very nice clean place to stay. Thanks again!

Great getaway!

The owner was fabulous to work with. He's so kind, friendly and very communicative. He really wanted our stay to be the best it could be. We've stayed in many condos on this resort and this one has been our favorite so far!! We are a family of 5 and fit comfortably in the space. The condo was clean, updated, decorated nicely, well stocked with kitchen items and so comfortable after a long day at the beach and the pool. The location of the condo is ideal too - close to a pool reserved just for Admiral's Row condos and a short walk to the beach. The condo balcony was so relaxing with a wonderful view of the beach and an alligator that inhabits the pond below! The grounds are nicely kept with many amenities to enjoy on the property. Would highly recommend this condo and hope to return one day!

This was our family's first trip to Hilton Head. The condo was perfect! Felt like a home away from home. Bob was awesome to rent from. Not only is the condo nice, but it is also fully stocked including everything you need for the beach. We communicated with Bob almost every day and he responded almost instantly. He was our go-to guy with any questions we had concerning the island. Our family decided to try to do a fishing charter last minute and the first person I thought of to help us was Bob! He had 4 phone numbers for us to try in less than a half hour and we were able to book a charter for the next morning!! If you are looking for a great location with all the amenities this is the place!

Beautiful, Family Owned, Perfect Location

We were very specifically looking for a family owed condo in a great location and we found it! This condo is beautifully renovated, and it is clear the family takes great care and has a lot of pride over their property. Bob was very informative, communicative, and readily available. The condo is well stocked with what you need for a successful week stay. The view from the balcony is great. The beach access is easy and everything you could ask for. The condo grounds are well-maintained. We had a beautiful week as a family of 4 in this beautiful condo. Would very much recommend this unit!

The Gorman Hilton Head Island Retreat 5 Stars!

The Gorman Hilton Head Retreat was lovely. The host was attentive and paid great attention to detail. The unit was recently updated and very clean. We stayed for 1 week - 3 adults & 2 children and found the unit to be comfortable and work perfectly with it's close proximity to the beach. Everything you would require for a great stay was included, i.e., beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, beach wagon and so much more! Both pools were enjoyed by our family and, also, Jamaica Joe'z for lunch and snow cones by the pool. In addition, the restaurants in the area are outstanding. We highly recommend a visit to HHI and booking this unit. Enjoy! 5 STARS!

Fantastic stay!

This condo was absolutely lovely! Very comfortable living room furniture, well stocked kitchen and our family unanimously agrees that these were the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in at a VRBO rental!! Bob was so attentive & easy to communicate with from start to finish. We didn’t use the on site restaurants, but we loved how easy it was to travel the island to different communities/restaurants of our choice. The pickle ball courts were great & we loved playing in the mornings before it got too hot. The beach is beautiful & we enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by each morning. It’s obvious that Bob & his family take great pride in their property. It was a joy to stay here & I’d highly recommend to anyone coming to HHI!

The Folly is NOT staying longer!

Beautiful clean condo with simple grey motif. Views from the second story balcony were stunning and second only to the views from the beach, a 3 min walk from the condo. Beach chairs, toys and boogie boards were a nice added bonus for playing on the beach in warmer weather. Location is away from the main public beach (Coligny) meant a less crowded and more private atmosphere despite being in a condominium. New comfortable furniture and a large TV accommodated the one rainy afternoon and lazy nights after exploring Hilton Head Island. Fully equipped kitchen meant we could make our own food, if we were willing to miss out on the tasty nearby restaurants.
