Fantastic location! Home is furnished with vacation rental quality furniture; decent and gets the job done. Management company was extremely responsive and does an outstanding job maintaining the property; their response times to inquiries were impressively quick!

Great house for a family beach vacation.

Location was perfect for us to spend time at the beach with our adult children and infant grandchild. House provided all the comforts for 6 adults plus infant. Odd layout with no door between queen bedroom and bath. House was overall clean but kitchen could use some deep cleaning in toaster oven and stove/oven. Great to have access to bikes, beach cart, umbrella, and chairs in garage. Would book again next summer.

Beautiful home in Hilton Head

This is a beautiful home situated in a beautiful neighborhood on the island. We found it clean and well supplied. It's a reasonable ride to reach the beach club. We woke up each morning to find fawns playing in the backyard. We would be happy to stay here again

Golf Trip

The house is really well located within the Sea Pines resort community. I liked everything about the house except there were some deferred maintenance items - mainly old carpet in need of replacement. The owner told me that the carpe is scheduled to be replaced in May so after that is complete the property will be even better. Location, size of house (plenty of space) and owner communication were all very good.

Great location, great house! Not very clean and has a few maintenance items that need to be addressed. Electrical outlet in dining room coming out of wall and no exterior rear patio lights work. Also transition strip between queen bedroom and bathroom needs to be secured to floor, a trip hazard. Other that those couple of those items, everything was great

Wonderful Stay

This property was extremely nice, just what you want for a week-end beach get-away. Our group consisted of a total of 5 adults and the property was the perfect size so that we didn't feel crowded. Sitting out on the patio in the mornings and evening was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this property to others. There was only one slight glitch, something was going on with the TV in the main room and we couldn't stream any shows...we were going to have a movie/popcorn night...that was a bummer. But overall it was a wonderful experience.

Hilton Head extended stay

The property was accurately described and in a very quiet location in Sea Pines and on Harbour Town Golf Links. Our only complaint and it's hard to know who causes this, but there were little black winged bugs that were along the windows. We don't know what type of bug, definitely not the Palmetto Bugs that are prevalent all over the Island. Maybe doors were left opened for extended periods, not sure. Overall a nice place though as a rental it will continually need updated.

Location of the property was excellent. Close to Harbor Town, biking and walking trails. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Beautiful golf course in the back yard. Overall, space was wonderful.

Very accurate listing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again if I take another trip to Hilton Head. Great location. Single floor layout was great for my elderly Dad compared to a lot of units requiring stairs to 2nd floor bedrooms.
