    The Space:

    Enjoy all the comforts of home at this Palmetto Paradise. The elegant furnishings and tasteful decor create a pleasant ambiance for a group of friends or the entire family. with a full kitchen, mealtimes will be a breeze, as there is ample seating at the dining table, plus additional seating at the breakfast bar. The shared facilities on-site include a shared fitness facility, pool, hot tub, and sauna. When you have soaked up the sun and taken a dip in the ocean, rinse off the sand in the master bedroom's soaking tub. When the night comes to an end, gather in the living area and watch a favorite movie or show on the flatscreen TV.



    What's nearby:

    The location of this condo is simply ideal. Just a short walk away is George Fazio Golf Course for a day of friendly competition. The beach is accessible just past the pool area, so pack a picnic and make a day of watching the waves crash on the sand. Go just a bit farther south and you will find Coligny Beach Plaza with beach equipment rentals, local cuisine, and shopping galore! For the most scenic views of the island, rent a few bicycles and ride along the many miles of bike trails!

    October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and fitness center will remain open.

    If the parking pass is lost, regardless of the situation, an additional charge will apply, as Palmetto Dunes is a very strict community when it comes to their policies.

Hilton Head is one of our favorite family vacation spots and this spot was the perfect launching pad for our fun in the sun! Super close to the beach, two pools to pick from, easy spot for storing bikes, and convenient to just about everything! The condo itself was clean, welcoming, well-done, and so comfortable. We'll be looking for this one again!

Great relaxing vacation

Great place to get away and relax. Very quiet location and beautiful grounds. The condo was very nice and the bed in the master suite was one of the best we have ever slept on.

Great getaway

We had a great long weekend here. The boys were close to fishing and the girls enjoyed the beach. The property was clean and near restaurants and mini golf.

Great get away!

Loved this property. It was clean and well kept and looked even better in person. Loved having space to spread out and it’s close to the beach. Definitely want to come back.
