Tennis weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious house. Can easily handle 10 plus. Lots of seating. Lots of spaces to enjoy. Pool and hot tub were nice. Kitchen smaller but lots of space to put things. Great for family gatherings and large porch was really nice. Clean. Well kept. Nice neighborhood.

Beautiful Stay in HHI!

Highly recommend this property - it was great for two families, plenty of space! The pool and backyard were so inviting and we immensely enjoyed renting bikes and biking all over Sea Pines. This house is a great find and will make your stay in Hilton Head a great one!

Fun w Family at Sea Pines

4 Red Maple is great House and location for a family vacation. Just a relaxing home where all can find a spot to do their thing. Play cards , swim, nap, read a book, work a puzzle. Lots of room in the 4 bedrooms and each has its own bath, No waiting , no issues. AC worked well w separate temperatures available in most bedrooms. Pool was very nice and a real hit w kids and adults alike. Outdoor kitchen area was perfect for easy bbq. The screened in porch was a favorite location to gather for morning coffee and in the evening to play cards and board games. Quiet location on beautiful Atlantic Pines Golf course. Easy walk for most to the beach via the sea pines walking trails. Perfect beach and nice food , changing facilities at the Beach Club. Will stay again, all enjoyed. Thx.

Kitchen needs updating

Overall the house was great except for the kitchen. We like to cook a couple nights while on vacation. The kitchen was small. The appliances were from the 80's and the pots and pans were old and in bad condition. Ice maker did not work. We contacted the property manager about this, and they did not call back. We use a lot of ice, and it was an inconvenience to run to the store to get bags of ice. It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom.

Nice getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. A few bathrooms could have been cleaner. There were not sheets for the pull out couches and the refrigerator/freezer were very small. We absolutely loved the pool, screened in porch, and outdoor living area! We were surprised at all the pull out couches!

Had a great time!

We had a great time with us, our son and fiancé, and four other friends. The house is in a great location on a great street that is close to both the harbor and the ocean. We biked most days and the guys golfed 3 days. Also spent a lot of the time in the pool. Enjoyed the outdoor kitchen for three of the meals...It was a great setup. Would definitely recommend the property.

The house is cozy and charming and was just as perfect when it was just me and my husband as it was when we had some family with us. The pool and hot tub is a great asset. Just loved it!! (The house could use a few more serving pieces— bowls and platter—- but we made so and had an amazing time!)

Great family home

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for our family. The rooms are spacious, which meant we could tuck all our items away and feel like we were really "at home" for the week. We put all the space to good use - the two living rooms, the kitchen table (which doubled as our game table), the spacious bedrooms, etc. The outdoor pool was a great amenity and got a lot of use from all of us. The location of the home is convenient to all the island has to offer. We loved everything about this home!!

Beautiful home on Sea Pines

We had a wonderful week staying at this home! We had two families sharing the home. When we first heard there was construction going on next door, we were concerned that it would effect our vacation, but it really didn’t bother us. Any issues we did encounter were remedied quickly. Pool was perfect, although hot tub never really got warm despite us paying $250 to heat it for five days. House is absolutely gorgeous! Many beautiful details. Would help to have a larger fridge for two families. Excellent amenities! Had a wonderful time! Many great memories!

Beautiful place but bad property group (5star)

Where to begin? This is our 2nd time renting this property. First time we couldn’t wait to get back. This time will never be back as long as this house is managed by 5 star properties. Construction is loud. Told 4 days before renting (after previous guest posted review) told that they would check into see what they could do. Still waiting for that phone call!! Spa is not heated!! Why call it a spa? A lot of little things. Shouldn’t bother us but after two years of not taking vacation (covid) was just expecting more. Rooms not cleaned 100%. Found a dirty sock under a bed. Dirty vents throughout the house. Dust on ceilings in main room. Broken kitchen chairs, broken screen door, bathroom shower has paneling coming apart. Cob webs found on ceiling fans. Just things like that. Paying a lot of money smaller details should be done. House has an outdated kitchen but everything worked. Great neighborhood!! Will be back to sea pines but probably will not stay at this property again.

Dated house with construction next door

We have waited a few days to provide feedback on the rental property that we booked with you on Red Maple in hopes that the agency (Five Star Properties) would reply. We are EXTREMELY frustrated that no one told us the lot next door is under construction and that we would be woken up every morning at 7:45A to the sounds of hammering, music and pneumatic tools.. We did not spend >$5000 to sit outside and listen to saws, hammers and ongoing construction every day all day long. Whoever is planning to stay at this property in the next year will have the same issue. Be aware! You can find a much better option. On top of that the kitchen in this house is terribly dated. We sent multiple emails to the Rental agency but no one has responded in a week. The rest of the accommodations in the house were adequate. The pool and outdoor space is great, minus the construction noise. I would not recommend this property.

HHI Rental Perfection

We stayed here with my parents who are in their 70’s, my brother who is in his mid 40’s and my three kids-17, 14, 11. We have been coming to Hilton Head since the early 80’s and rent every year. This was the best rental we have ever had. From the rental agency to the accommodation, everything was top notch and seamless. The house was extremely roomy, well-equipped and well laid out. The pool and back screened-in porch were absolutely fabulous. My parents enjoyed reading in the porch, my kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and I loved all of the above plus the landscaping/view of the 17th hole. I would rent this house every time given the opportunity!

Stay at Hilton Head

A Wonderful Getaway

This property is beautifully furnished with large rooms. Our only issue was the size of the kitchen. As we (4 of us) are all “wannabe” chefs, there was not enough room. The laundry room was bigger than the kitchen. When it is warmer, the outside cooking area will be fantastic. We were able to use the screened porch on a few days and enjoyed listening to the the waterfall from the spa. It was also fun to watch the golfers. The selection of books and games is great...too much to read and so little time. Our week at Pine Paradise was a perfect mental health cure during this never ending pandemic. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home.
