    The Space:

    Nestled among the trees of South Forest Beach, this well-maintained, updated, and beachy-themed Ocean Breeze villa for 6 is the perfect vacation home away from home for the family!



    The bright and cheery open plan includes a fully-equipped kitchen where you can easily whip up snacks for the beach, the morning coffee, or a delightful meal to enjoy in the dining area. This space also lends itself to relaxation or hosting family movie and game nights in the living area with plenty of comfortable seating. From the living area, you have access to a large deck where you can sip your sweet tea or cocktails while taking in the lovely lagoon view.



    Two bedrooms are located upstairs, and each has a private bath. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, and the second bedroom has queen-size bunks. The downstairs bedroom has a king bed and features a bay window. Our guests tell us the beds are super-comfy, and they’re never wrong!



    If you need to do some laundry while you’re visiting, this villa has a laundry closet with great washer and dryer. And should you need to get some work done, there are plenty of chargers to keep your phones and pc's going.

Very smooth process, love the location. Location close enough to beech and fun times! We rented bikes and that went very smooth as well. We hope to return again some day.

Beautiful place to stay. Bigger than the pictures told. Loved the outdoor patio. Communal space and rooms were more than enough for 6 people. About a 6 min bike ride / 15 min walk to the beach.

Great condo close to everything we love

Beautiful condo. Very clean, roomy, close to the beach, coligny, everything. Beds were great, enough places for everyone to sit. Nicely decorated. We loved everything about it.

Great place close to the beach!

We loved it here. The house was super cute, clean and comfortable. A quick 10 minute walk to the beach and also close to restaurants and shopping. We had an issue with the air conditioning which was handled promptly and professionally by the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Hilton Head.

Perfect Location to Beach and Pool

The place worked perfectly for the 6 of us. We rented bikes and it was a quick ride to the beach and Coligny plaza. The pool was a perfect size and a quick walk. The extras in the beach closet were very helpful since we flew. Chairs, beach bocce ball and the beach towels. Highly recommend.

Great property!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property: its spacious, clean, and designed super cute! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals. It was a little farther than the beach than we expected since we had little kids, but certainly walk-able. Beach was beautiful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great getaway

This was my family’s first time in Hilton Head. The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed. The condo had ample space for my family of 5. A little worn here and there but nothing that can’t be easily addressed. The parking spots are a bit tight especially if your neighbors park over the lines. We would stay here again in the future.

NYE Stay

We had a nice time in this rental. Well located, just a short bike ride to the beach (about 8-10 minutes). The lower level master is very nice, but is considerable cooler in the winter months (with no way to circulate more heat in there) than the other bedrooms which is something to keep in mind when you’re choosing kids rooms, etc. Well stocked with pots and pans, and the necessities to get started which was appreciated!

Nice little family place

We had five people in the house. This was fine. Plenty of space and a cozy little deck to watch the turtles. The house is very well appointed with everything you need for preparing meals. Also the beach items were great. Made it so easy for the 7-10 minute walk to the beach. Good location. Condos/parking was a little tight but it didn’t cause a problem.

Very nice and clean and spacious!

We liked the location….and how spacious it was 😊 My family loves HHI and this was the nicest place we have stayed. We did encounter ants, cockroaches and very noisy neighbors at 5 am. The front did flood when it rained. Well stocked and nice furnishings. Loved the convenience of the washer and dryer. Thank you for sharing your condo 😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed from Monday to Friday and felt right at home here. The condo has tons of room to spread out and relax. My kids loved the bedrooms and made themselves right at home.The condo's very close to different pools and it's easy to find and get in and out of. It's close to a beach access and walkable.My only complaint is that the downstairs bedroom mattress is too hard.Regardless, we've bookmarked this property and will likely choose this same condo again.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Comfortable, spacious unit. Very clean. First floor suite worked well for a mobility-impaired senior. It's 8 minutes walking to the beach at a casual pace (.42 miles on my pedometer app) when cutting through Seascape's parking lot. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and beach equipment. Nice stock of supplies (soaps, paper towels, etc.) to get us started, too. We had a delay in getting our parking passes, but we didn't have a problem without them for the first few days. The management company was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

This was our first time in Hilton Head. There were 5 adults and an 18-month old in our group. We came for a family wedding and turned the trip into a family vacay. This house was perfect for us and the location was ideal. The living room furniture was very comfy, kitchen was roomy and every bedroom had a bathroom. There’s a nice table and chairs on the deck overlooking a lagoon with turtles. We used the available collapsible wagon to haul the baby and beach towels (supplied) to walk to the beach and pool. Also used backpack-style beach chairs that were also supplied. Plenty of room for a July 4th bbq we hosted for 11 adults. Loved that we were close to Coligny Beach (15 min walk), restaurants and shopping. So glad I found this house!

Wedding weekend

Our family (teens and adults) stayed in this condo for a family wedding in Sea Pines. We loved the condo. It was spacious, comfortable and the hosts had little touches that made our stay really nice. There were 2 king beds and queen bunk beds. They had very nice beach chairs, a wagon for beach gear, beach towels, liquid hand soaps in all the bathrooms, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, kitchen wraps, cooking spray and salt and pepper. It was a great stay! We would definitely stay there again. The wood floors on the main floor are uneven (likely due to settling) so bed aware! Also, there is a love seat that sits along the back of a kitchen counter that overhangs a little. A couple of us bumped our heads on the counter when we sat on that love seat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very comfortable for 6 adults!! Everyone was pleased with the comfort of the mattresses. The walk to the beach was reasonable and loved the unit had a beach cart and beach towels to use; only wish there was a beach umbrella available. Being able to walk to Coligni Plaza for a morning smoothie or evening ice cream treat was wonderful!! One negative would be my daughter found someone’s vape pkg underneath her pillow-cleaning crew wasn’t very thorough. A few suggestions: have one or two utility scissors, more hooks in the bathrooms for hanging towels/clothing, hangers with clips to hang pants

We had a blast and enough room to space out. The host company provided tons of beach towels and extra special hospitable touches like snacks and bottled water. There was a closet with beach chairs too. The only small recommendations I have are: 1) instructions for how to use tv, it wasn’t cable nor Roku-type... just not very intuitive. 2) if there were directions for how to walk to the beach, that would have been good... but we figured it all out!
