Beautifully renovated villa with stunning views!

  • Welcome to paradise! This recently renovated two bedroom, plus bonus room, two bathroom villa is a perfect place to stay on your Hilton Head vacation. Its calming and coastal feel has stunning panoramic views of the George Fazio golf course and the 11 mile lagoon that runs through Palmetto Dunes.

    The coastal colors and beach decor compliment the hardwood floors that extend throughout this spacious and inviting villa. Enjoy your delightful garden patio with seating out front and a deck with stairs added for easy access out back.

    The updated kitchen features sophisticated GE Cafe stainless steel appliances, white granite countertops and a modern subway tile backsplash. The open concept kitchen has seating for two at the bar. The dining area with seating for five is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has a 55 inch smart tv, and large comfy sleeper sofa and loveseat for plenty of downtime inside. There is also a compact sized washer and dryer.

    There is slider access to your own private deck with seating and a propane grill. You can have dinner with beautiful views of the mature southern trees that are draped with Spanish moss. Watch the golfers stroll by while enjoying your time outside.

    The bedroom on the lower level has a king bed and a smart tv. The bathroom has a combination shower and tub with updated features.

    The spacious bedroom on the upper level has a king bed and smart tv. Also a renovated en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks and a large, beautifully tiled walk-in shower. There is a bonus room upstairs that has twin custom built bunkbeds.

    The community amenities include an onsite community pool and private tennis courts. The beach is easily accessed by a short bike ride or by calling the Palmetto Dunes Buggy, which is a seasonal on call free shuttle service.

    You are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer: golf, tennis, pickleball, fishing, dining, miles of bike paths and of course the beach! Come here to enjoy your vacation!

Golf Getaway

Very clean and remodeled everything but for some reason not the old toilets which are too low to the ground for our age. I give a 5 star for the View , remodel and clean! Beds were Very Comfortable and soft sheets so that was heaven! TV's in bedrooms were tiny to watch movies at night but proper size TV in the Living room. New Grill on the deck that we used several nights. We do not play tennis or racket ball so the "Resort Fee" is too much! We would stay there again for sure if fees were waived. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay! ps. one last thing. We arrived late after a long day of travel and it would have been nice to have a "starter kit" or coffee for 2 but being new to rental market, there was not even salt and pepper so we had to drive to the grocery store that evening. I am sure the owners will get better for what we are paying.

Accommodations were excellent.Restaurants at the three golf courses were just okay.Shelter cove is close by and a great area for food,drinks, entertainment.It would have been nice to have the shuttle service working. It stated in the literature that the shuttle service was available in September.We called and left a message to access the service and never heard back.We found out later, the shuttle service was closed for the season.They should have had a message on their voicemail reflecting that.As a result, we used Uber and paid almost $60 for a return trip.
