A menos de cinco minutos andando de la playa, este dúplex en la planta baja, totalmente renovado, situado en el número 6 de Gannet Street, es el refugio perfecto en North Forest Beach. Situado a solo una manzana y media del océano Atlántico, este precioso dúplex ha sido renovado por completo y cuenta con tres dormitorios, dos baños y una acogedora zona de estar de concepto abierto. La cocina, totalmente equipada, se abre al salón e incluye una barra de desayuno y una pequeña mesa de comedor, ideal para reunirte con la familia y los amigos. Sal a la amplia terraza trasera, donde podrás hacer una barbacoa y cenar al aire libre mientras disfrutas de la brisa marina.

    El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size con cama nido y baño en suite, mientras que el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas queen size. El tercer dormitorio incluye una cama individual con una cama nido extraíble, y los dos dormitorios de invitados comparten un baño en el pasillo. Para que tus días de playa sean aún más fáciles, esta casa incluye cuatro bicicletas para adultos y cuatro sillas de playa plegables, sin coste adicional durante tu estancia.

Great location with a close, easy walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Clean with lots of bath towels and everything else you need, including 4 beach chairs and bikes. Would stay again!

This property was full of nice little surprises. 6B is the downstairs unit which made it great for taking our furry family member outside, and the quiet neighborhood made walks easy. Four beach cruiser bikes allowed us to cruise the island paths. As a family of four, everyone had their own space. The nicest surprise was the incredibly well equipped kitchen. All this and only a 5 minute walk from the beach.

Four of us stayed here for a wedding - it was great! Walking distance to restaurants and beach. We were on the lower floor and there were people staying above us and there were no noise issues. Overall, good experience, would stay again.

Awesome place. Close walk to beach and Coligny. The only thing I would say to future guest is that if you stay on the bottom half, you can hear EVERY footstep of the people in the upper half. Wasn't a big deal for us but it may be for someone else. I would definitely stay here again. The convenience of walking to the beach and restaurants is well worth it.

We enjoyed staying here so much! The rental was stocked with everything we needed. It is a very cute rental! The beds were very comfortable! We loved having bikes to ride around the island and to dinner!

Wedding weekend

We had a great stay! The apartment was spotless and plenty big enough for the 5 of us. Location could not of been better, easy walk to the beach and Coligny!

We loved it!

Absolute blast! Great location, just a few blocks from beach, and a lovely unit. We reserved both the top and bottom units at the same time and enjoyed both :)

Hilton Head Duplex

This property is quiet and quaint, The entire property has been renovated, the space has been maximized for occupancy. We really enjoyed our stay and loved the complimentary bicycles. The beach is around 2 minutes away via bicycles. I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Very nice place to stay. very convenient location to beach and to Coligny. We enjoyed the free bikes and great shaded porch.. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Our one and only reccomendation and it is not a complaint is to have regular plates and glasses. The plastic plates and glasses got a little old after a week.

Top of the line- EVERYTHING!! Location, comfort, and ammenties

My husband and I and my two teenage boys16 and 19 came to Hilton Head for vacation for the first time. Loved the safe and easy bike ride to the beach. Took about 3 minutes by bike. We did so good choosing this place! We stayed in the bottom section of this house. It is so beautiful and everything looks brand new! It was so clean! The furniture and beds comfortable! Loved cookware!

Perfect! Definetly recommend staying here!!

There were 7 of us, including a 5 month old and. 5 year old. The unit was the perfect size. I loved being able to walk to the beach. It was only 5 mins. The unit was very clean! And when there was an issue with the lock someone came very quickly to help. We loved the unit and will be staying again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is lovely, however it’s definitely not a place to bring kids. The upstairs neighbors partied until 2 AM which made it really difficult to have kids sleep. Next year we will look for a house with no upstairs neighbors.

We booked this very last minute (a week out) and was able to get a fantastic deal on the rental for a few days post the 4th of July holiday weekend. The location was great - just a short walk/bike ride to the beach access. The rental comes with bikes and beach chairs which are a huge bonus. There was also ample bedding and towels for our stay. Each room had it's own AC unit and while the bedrooms we comfortable, we found the main area's AC had a difficult time keeping up. We did have a heat advisory all during our stay. Overall it was a good little experience and trip away with just enough of what we needed. A few suggestions for a better stay:1) There were dish soap (kitchen) and hand soap (bathrooms) dispensers that were empty, but we contacted the property management and they were quick to bring us both dish soap and hand soaps.2) Pots and pans could use an upgrade, as well as utensils. The non-stick pots/pans are scratched and peeling, which is unsafe. I would recommend stainless steel pots and pans and silicone or wooden utensils. Or bring your own preferred cooking items.3) Front loading washer really needs some TLC. The rubber ring is dirty and stained from mildew. 4) Would be nice to have broom/dustpan and access to some basic cleaning supplies to help along the week of keeping the property tidy. 5) The lock on the back tends to stick quite a bit when accessing from inside. Please check on this.

Perfect end of summer send off for our college kids

IT WAS WONDERFUL and so VERY clean and comfortable. This unit exceeded our expectations.We will certainly be renting this unit again. The 4 bikes and beach chairs were a great perk and we utilized them daily. Back deck and yard are very clean and cozy too. Beds were comfortable and all the provided lines/towels were great. Even the little things like starter dish/laundry soap, paper products helped tremendously.Really cannot say anything bad about this experience. Instructions and check in/out process were easy and the location from shopping and beach were more convenient than expected too. Thank you so very much.

Great Rental

The kitchen was stocked with a good amount of dishes, cooking utensils, and some basic spices, coffee filters and such. There were some books and board games, and plenty of extra towels and blankets. Even little extras like Kleenex and Q tips. This place has the little extras. The included bikes and beach chairs were very handy. The walk/bike ride to the beach was short abs easy. It was also nice to be so close to Coligny Plaza. Our party was 4 adults and two kids, and we had a sufficient amount of room.... Although the hall bathroom is small. Seating for a meal was a bit tight. If you are good with sitting around the island in the kitchen that works fine, but having a dinner around the table wouldn’t work well as the table is partially folding against the wall. A couple notes- these didn’t bother us just thought they should be mentioned. - the back door only stays closed when locked.- the keyless entry pads don’t always work, it took several attempts to get in a few times. Over all a great spot, ideal location, easy check in, and clean. We would rent again!

The location is absolutely the best, few minutes away from the beach and all the amenities. I would recommend anyone else heading to Hilton Head to stay at this property. The only downfall was the internet was down few days, but it was fixed before we left.

We loved that the condo came with four bikes and backpack beach chairs! We couldn’t locate an iron in the villa and the property manager had one delivered within an hour or so. We would stay again! If there was any negative, since we were in the B villa, downstairs, you could hear the people in the upstairs condo walking, moving around.
