Great place. Very clean. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. We were there the week leading up to July 4th and the only day the beach was even remotely crowded was July 3. Water was amazing. Very close to all types of dining and shopping. Would highly recommend.

My family and I just got back from staying at your Hickory Cove condo this past weekend, and I wanted to reach out to say thank you. We had a great time, and your place was perfect. It's truly a wonderful home, and we all agreed it's the best rental we've had in Palmetto Dunes. We'd love to come back and are hoping to rebook for next Labor Day weekend.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing week staying here for our Hilton Head vacation! The villa was spacious enough for our family of 6 with room to spare. You can’t beat the location either. A simple easy stroll to the beach and general store. We visited the pool daily which was also kept up very nice!

ANOTHER GREAT WEEK AT PHELPS FEST

Had a terrific week in this condo! Such a great location & quick responses from the owners with any questions we had. The kids especially loved the Beach Closet loaded with all beachy items to take on the 5 minute walk over to the beach. No doubt it will be a return for us to stay there.

Great floor plan for our group—2 parents, one adult son! Nicely decorated, comfortable & clean unit. Kitchen well equipped and a whole closet of beach stuff — a wagon, floats, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. Wi-fi worked well and check-in went smoothly, even though we arrived late.
