  • Villa para no fumadores recientemente renovada con vista al mar nunca antes alquilada cuenta con un dormitorio principal con una nueva cama queen size y baño contiguo. Dos literas integradas en el pasillo (pueden cerrar la puerta para separar la sala de estar). Sala de estar con sofá cama, televisor de alta definición con pantalla plana de 49 ", Wifi GRATIS y televisión inteligente para los días lluviosos.     Esta es una unidad del tercer piso a solo unos pasos del estacionamiento. Estás a solo 100 yardas de la playa o la piscina.

Property was really nice, clean, and conveniently located. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Close walk to the pool and beach. Onsite pool was huge and clean. We would love to stay at this unit again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was nice and clean. We had no issues whatsoever and it is such a good price to stay walking distance to the beach compared to a ton of other places. I definitely would recommend staying here!

Ideal location to beach and pool. Easy check-in. Hosts replied quickly to our messages. The hallway bunks were very narrow and the a/c was loud at times. Bedroom is tight with the queen bed. Grandkids loved the pool.

We had an amazing time with our grandbaby. The place was clean and had a view of the ocean. Communication was quick and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay again.

Host was wonderful. Had a small issue and he came out right away. Location is great. Facilities are very nice. Elevator a plus. Perfect for our family of 4.

This property was great! Super clean, easy check in, and owners were super nice and helpful with any questions! Enjoyed that it was on the top floor and on the end so it was quiet. Would definitely come back! Ocean view from the porch was great and super quick walk to the beach. Parking was never an issue.

The room/property were very clean. The pictures didn’t match the actual room (specifically the couch/chair). I wouldn’t consider it a beach view it’s towards the back of the property but overall we were pleased.

10/10 would definitely recommend this property & will likely stay here again! HHBT was nice, clean, safe, and accessible. Host was very easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and updated. It had everything we needed for a family vacation with 2 small kids. We had an excellent trip!! This spot is perfect for a HHI vacation spot. We have visited the island many times but never stayed in this area; it was totally great! *worth noting - there was a small number of wash cloths provided & we did end up having to run out to the dollar store to purchase some cheap ones early on in our trip. A family of 4 scrubbing sand off of us daily and 5 wash cloths just wasn't cutting it. There are laundry units on site, so that's an option as well! Just wanted to mention in case the next family wanted to bring some extras initially!

Great accommodations

5 minute walk to the beach, their own bar and restaurant, a great pool and much more. The Villa was clean and comfy with everything you need. Close to all the shopping and other restaurants.

The resort has everything

My family has been coming to the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort for over a decade now and we love the resort. It has great beach access, huge swimming pool, playground, work out room, tiki bar, it's safe, and in great shape.

The ocean was visible from the room - although it is a bit of a walk but great location overall on this property. The only issue I had was with the light coming into the bedroom from the hallway. One easy fix would be to put up inexpensive room darkening shades. Other than that, the property was great for our needs. Also, another suggestion would be to have a Keurig coffee maker - that is what most places we rent have and I think people are accustomed to that these days (us lazy folks when it comes to coffee). Thank you for your great communication. Always responding quickly.

Great location

Communication with owner was excellent. Upon arrival check in was a breeze apt was as described. Enjoyed the view, clean apt had everything on premises, beach bar/ restaurant a pizza place and sports bar. Already planning our next visit.

Good Value

If looking to visit Hilton Head on budget good place to be at. Good view from balcony. Very nice grounds and safe. Great pool area. Easy check in. Accommodations were not luxurious but adequate and cozy. What we needed for 2 people.

The Condo was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach or pool. The Neighbors were surprisingly quiet. The beach was perfectly sandy with incredible dunes during low tide.

Lovely short stay. Photos are accurate. Easy walk to beach and pool. Resort atmosphere. Everything we needed was in the condo. Clean. Comfortable. Bedroom could use room darkening over window. Would love to stay again.

Enjoyable

Property was just as described and was just big enough for two friends wanting to get away for a long weekend. Ocean view from balcony and very close to the beach. Very quiet community. Would stay again. We did have to reach out to owner only because we turned the auto lock off and they were quick to respond on how to fix.

Cutesy beachfront property

Katie’s place was so beautiful. It was small but perfect for us. 6 people could have stayed comfortably. It’s the perfect location; right on the beach. The pool is so nice and there’s a bar & grill right next to it. I can’t say enough great things about this property. There was no dish soap to wash dishes in the sink, but they did leave you with pods to use the dishwasher. Overall such a great stay and we can’t wait to come back.
