The primary bedroom offers a restful sanctuary, while the clever hallway bunks (with a privacy door) provide a cozy nook for children. The living area, equipped with a pull-out sofa and smart TV, opens directly onto a private balcony—perfect for your morning coffee while listening to the waves.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare family meals when you aren't enjoying the resort's dining options. Guests consistently highlight the unit's cleanliness and the convenience of being on the ground floor, just steps away from the boardwalk and the island’s largest oceanfront pool.

As a guest of Ocean Villa A111, the entire resort is your playground. You will have full access to:

The Largest Beachfront Pool on Hilton Head Island, plus a second, more private pool.

12 Professional Courts: 8 lit tennis courts and 4 pickleball courts (with an on-site pro).

On-Site Dining: Enjoy tropical drinks at Jamaica Joez Beach Bar or wings and sports at Coconutz Sports Bar.

Fitness & Fun: A remodeled fitness center, a shaded playground, and an on-site bike rental shop to explore the island's 50+ miles of trails.

Private Beach Access: Four secure entrances leading directly to the pristine sands of Folly Field Beach.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island without a car. Bike riding on the beach is also a plus. Breeze bus stop in front of resort. Free trolly during summer months.

To ensure a seamless stay, please keep the following in mind:

Essentials Provided: We provide all plates, cups, cookware, and linens. Please bring your own beach towels and personal spices/oils.

Parking: One free parking pass is included. Additional passes are available for purchase at the front desk ($35/each).

Community Rules: For the safety of our residents, e-bikes and motorcycles are not permitted within the gated community.

Connectivity: High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is provided, though service may occasionally undergo resort-wide maintenance.

Proactive Service: Our team is available 24/7 to assist with any needs during your stay.

Promotions: Take advantage of our "Stay 3, Get 1 Free" (Sept 2 – March 1) or our Snowbird special "Stay 3 Weeks, Get 1 Free" (Jan 1 – March 1). Please mention these at the time of booking.

Pest Control: Routine pest control service is scheduled on the 1st Friday of February, April, June, August, October, and December. Pest control personnel may be present in the community during your stay.

Pest control personnel regularly service the community throughout the year. Additional call-backs and re-sprays may be performed on the 4th Friday of each month as needed.
