Family Beach Trip

We enjoyed our trip! The only downside was the pool closes at sundown which we didn’t know about and in the evenings it was high tide at the beach. It would have been nice if the pool stayed open later than 7 so my kids could swim. Other than that it was perfect! We had a great time. They had many activities for kids and a movie night at the pool one evening where it did stay open a little later.

Family vacay

We loved at our stay- our family of 6 stayed in this rental. It was so close to the pool, beach and restaurant. There is a lot to do at the resort as well as close by. We will definitely be back!

Great Family Vacation

Traveled to Hilton Head with two kids, ages 8 and 11. The property I felt was great for our needs. We cooked meals everyday and ate dinner on the balcony. Very short drive to grocery store, or anywhere else in HH. Also, Very short walk to the pool and beach. Being in June, the balcony seemed to always be in the shade which was nice.The highlight was all the activities that the resort had at the pool. Movie nights, karaoke, dance parties. Lots of kids and families and we really enjoyed our time

Amazing bang for your buck

We are a family of 5 that never stops moving and shaking on vacay! We spend the majority of our time out in the world, at the beach, pool, restaurant, shops…ect. This was a small but perfect place to come lay our heads or make a snack and cool off. Shower was clearly new and AMAZING, beds were comfy enough, and place was clean. It had all the necessities and was a perfect location to walk with small kids to the beach and pool. Love having food and drink options there- and it was actually pretty good! Price was so much better than a lot of the surrounding areas and that was cool. We usually spend a little more but decided to be conservative- as we knew we would be swimming and outside most of the time. We certainly don’t regret it! Lovely stay. Most amazing beach. Huge pool. Cool room, clean room- awesome shower. Cute decor. Thank you!

Tropical Storm Stay

We checked into unit C147 on Sunday, August 4th for our big family vacation with all of the kids and grandkids staying throughout the resort. Our condominium was perfect! We knew that Tropical Storm Debby was headed our way but we were hopeful that the worst of it was not going to get to HHI. As the forecast continued to get worse, we needed to make a very difficult decision to leave the resort on our second day due to the flooding and for the safety of everyone. I was sick at having to walk away from the family trip and money spent. I reached out to Oceanside Properties to talk with them and to explain the situation. I spoke with a woman named Mary who was so caring and understanding. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness during a very difficult situation. I will only stay at an Oceanside Properties Unit for all of our future HH stays!

Affordable beach getaway

The Villa was nice. It had been updated. It was not a far walk from the pool, restaurants and beach. It was affordable for a 3 night beach vacation for a small family of 3 and my teen daughter’s friend. We had everything we needed in the Villa. The only con I had was there was white long dog hair on the living room rug and couch and I thought pets were not allowed. So if you have pet allergies might not be for you but luckily we don’t! Also the sheet on the sleep sofa was dirty but we had clean sheets to change it.

Another great trip to HHI

We visit Hilton Head Island every September, & this trip was just as amazing as the last! The condo was exactly as described. The beach was beautiful & not very far of a walk to get to. The restaurant & tiki bar on-site were affordable with great food & super friendly staff. Everything was perfect!

Ideal layover

My wife and I were looking for smaller villa to extend our vacation a little longer before moving into our condo for the week. This villa worked out perfectly. Clean, cozy and close to all the major amenities. Easy beach access and the restaurants on site were very good. Would recommend to others.

The booking process was relatively simple but we received three confirmation emails from different companies which was a bit confusing. The day before our stay, we received a text message that there was an issue with our booking but they were able to find us another unit--I thought this should have been a phone call but nonetheless, when we arrived for check-in we then found that we had been moved to the second floor which was a surprise being it was not what we booked. Overall, the stay itself was good, the apartment was clean, and we had a great time celebrating our daughter's second birthday. This seemed more like a family place overall and we enjoyed our time there.

Beautiful place, convenient to everything.

Great friendly place, short easy walk to pool and beach, restaurants onsite with many options. Also convenient to go anywhere else if need be. I was hoping for a beach view from the balcony, but I would still stay there again. The whole island is gorgeous.
