The house was absolutely amazing!! Great location, beautiful beach. Boardwalk to beach and elevator were perfect and made it easy for my 86 yr old mother to walk to beach and get around the house. Very accomodating with everything we needed to stay!One suggestion would be to have doors on the bathrooms in the en suites.Island time communications and check-in /check-out were wonderful and easy! We are already wanting to plan another stay as soon as we can!!

8 of us enjoyed this huge house (4 adults, 3 teens, 1 child). The fisherman of the group fished multiple times of the day and nite. It was nice being right on the beach. Tucked away at the end of the culdesac, so had ultimate privacy. A family of 3 deer showed themselves numerous times as we took the boardwalk to the beach. Beach is super wide, easy to ride bikes on. Close to coligny square where teens could ride their rented bikes everyday. Many pool floaties, boogie boards and beach toys provided. Hot tub was fabulous. Kitchen had everything you needed. Spectacular views from inside house. Lanai's were a bit dated, but ocean view made up for it. Check-in was easy. Communication with host when needed was good.

Beautiful view

Started off with AC being out on the first floor and the hot tub not working. Property manager got the AC serviced and back on the next day. Hot tub needed a part and wouldn’t be working while we were there. We suggested heating the pool for us and she agreed. The location is great. We had a great vacation!

Large ocean front stay

Being directly on the beach was great. All bedrooms have an en suite or designated bath. The upstairs kitchen is where we hung out most of the time.

Annual family vacation

Lovely property, nicely laid out. Very nice pool. Great kitchen and table spaces. The composite walkway to the beach is unstable and needs to be replaced.

Extremely Disappointing

We were told by Brenda that we would most likely get an early check-in. We didn't get an early check-in, which was fine, but they forgot to call us when the home was ready at 4pm. I was told by Brenda that the construction next door was mostly completed. 1 week before we arrived I checked with Island Time to confirm the state of the construction, and was told it was in full construction mode, too late to change our reservation. When we arrived at the home on Saturday afternoon, trucks were blocking our driveway, and a full construction team was hammering away at the house next door. I had been told they didn't work on weekends. The home was in dire need of an update, furniture worn, cabinets in the kitchen in need of repairs. The porch (where we had intended to spend most of our time), was filthy, and dilapidated, it could not be used. The pool deck and lounges were filthy as well with torn cushions. There was dirt all over the pool deck, which was also cracked in numerous places, a large pan of grease was left on the pool deck, apparently from the grill, which was also dirty. We have rented luxury homes all over the world, and this was not a luxury home, though it was priced as one. Island Time did send the house manager out to clean the porch and pool deck the next day, but he too did a horrible job, wiping down a few chairs, but missing the majority of what needed to be cleaned. We will not be renting this home again nor renting from Island Time.

Very nice view from top floor. A bit of a walk to the beach. Pool heater was not working on arrival. Left message after hours for property manager. Received text first thing next morning saying someone would be out that day to repair heater. I called back at 3:30 and person didn’t seem to know anything about it. Said she would contact someone and let me know. No call but someone did show but didn’t know how to fix it. He advised he would contact pool company and I would receive a call as soon as the talked to them. Never called. Called them again and person said she would talk to property manager who would have contacted pool company and call me right back. No call but several hours later someone did show but he was the guy who cleans the pools and knew nothing about heaters. Advised me that the tech who does repairs would be out next morning. Tech did show up in morning and had broken part replaced in 15 minutes. Rental company did quickly reimburse us for the days that heater didn’t work. Other than that, only complaint was that downstairs beds were very uncomfortable.

Winter Getaway

We are seniors who enjoy a change of scenery several times a year from Williamsburg, VA. This lovely home exceeded our expectations. The beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings made one rainy day inside as pleasant as enjoying the spectacular beach settings outdoors. The outdoor deck on the beach was especially enjoyable with a glass of wine as the sun was setting.

Great property

Enjoyed our stay very much. Great house for a group of 12. Couple of minor issues which would need some attention. Some mattresses should be changed, and the faucet in the main kitchen. Maybe couple of more towels in the rooms. Other than that, no issues. Very happy with our pick and would come to this property again!

Perfect Location

Proximity to Coligny and the walking path, steps from the beach make this a perfect place to stay. The home has a great layout and appears as it does in the pictures. Some minor issues with their being no doors on the two master bathrooms and the slider door on the back porch takes a lot of effort to lock. Otherwise, it was a very good place to stay.

Very Nice Property - Excellent Location

My family and I really enjoyed the house and had a great time on our vacation. The location and beach access were excellent. The house layout is nice, the AC worked well, and the pool is clean. The elevator and ice maker in the upstairs kitchen did not work during our stay, but other than that everything was great. Thanks again for a great vacation week!

Nice Property

No issues, good location. Nice house, beach etc. Parking could be an issue if you have more than 3 cars. Elevator seemed intermittent. Nice pool and hot tub, but needs serviced more than once per week.
