This stunning 1481 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bathroom fully stocked villa end unit at the Island Club is a true oasis for those seeking an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Enjoy captivating panoramic views of the lagoon, as well as glimpses of the ocean from your own private balcony.

    Inside, you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom with a washer/dryer closet downstairs. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and second bedroom has a queen size bed and TV. Upstairs, you can relax in your spacious master loft with king size bed, master bath with luxurious tile shower and jetted tub, walk-in closet, plus an additional room with a sleeper sofa for extra guests or family members.

    The Island Club offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including stocked lagoon for catch & release fishing, 9 tennis courts, basketball court, beautiful heated pool & children's pool area perfect for little ones. Additionally, the tanning deck and hot tub are perfect for relaxing. Enjoy your evenings with your friends and family by the gas fire pit; all surrounded by lush landscaping & walking trails leading directly to beach access points! Great Spring Break!

The property is in an excellent location and there is so much to do. The property was extremely functional. The beds were super comfy and everything was up to date and in great condition.

We had a great week! The unit is very clean and has beautiful views of the lagoon with the ducks, turtles, ospreys ... Disappointed at no ocean view which was inaccurate in the listing. It also says steps to the beach. The resort is nice and is on the beach but the unit is on the opposite side of the resort, so it's a bit of a walk there. The pool and tennis/pickleball are very close, though and the unit has some extras that made traveling with kids easier.

Can't wait to return!

Maria and Martin's place was perfect for our family vacation! The unit is clean and well-stocked, with beautiful views. Checking in and out was super easy, and the hosts were unbelievably kind and easy to communicate with. The Island Club was the perfect location, close to many restaurants and stores, and had so many amenities we were able to take advantage of. We can't wait to visit again soon!

Perfect for extended family

The loft area easily sleeps a family of four - its sleeping alcove allows for a children's bedtime. Huge bathroom too. Other family members have plenty of room downstairs and the washer/dryer came in so handy.

Family vacation

Maria and Martin’s was the perfect unit for our family vacation. The pictures depict it accurately, the grounds, pool and access to the beach was exactly what our group of 6 adults and 2 small children were hoping for. Maria was responsive to email and even reached out to see if we needed anything during our stay. The unit was well stocked, clean and the location was convenient to everything. I would definitely book again.

Family vacation at HHI

Even though we have three units in Oceanview, we needed an extra unit to accommodate all of us. We found this unit and couldn’t have been happier. It was nice that all of our family could be in the same building. The unit had everything we needed for a beach vacation.

Amazing place!

Great place with options for activities! Short walk to the beach, bike rentals on site, pickleball and tennis, lawn games and great outdoor fireplace to sit around at night on grounds. Beautifully decorated home like feel to the condo. Liked sitting on the private balcony looking over the pond with the ocean in the distance. All the amenities you need - kitchen has everything you might need. Excellent communication with owners! Very responsive to any questions. Thanks for a great visit and look forward to coming again!
