Great Spot!

Had a terrific time, perfect for a golf vacation with friends. House was huge, plenty of room for cooking, eating, chilling and sleeping!

My family and I had a great experience. The online pictures didn't do justice to the layout and beauty of the house. The double living room was a huge plus because the younger ones had their own space to hangout. The property managers were very responsive to our needs and addressed all our concerns. A beautifully maintained and clean property.

Excellent property for a large group

We loved our time at this property. The house is situated minutes from the beach, the rooms are all roomy and comfortable, the living areas on the main floor and top floor were plenty large and well appointed. We wish the kitchen had a few items in it that are commonly used for cooking...but next to that, it was practically perfect. We LOVED our stay.

Golf Trip

Perfect for 8 guys on a golf trip. Each guy has his own large room and shower, two nice hang out and cooking/heating/eating areas with televisions and elevator for injured/disabled. Short walk to beautiful beach. Clean and easy. Highly recommend

Family vacation/destination wedding

We had an amazing trip to Hilton Head. The house was beautiful and all the bedrooms very spacious and accommodating for our large group. The kitchen and dining area were great for our gathering and our low country boil we had Board and Baskett HHI cater to cap off our vacation. The fourth floor with the kitchen, living area and bedroom were perfect for my niece and her new husband who did an elopement with Southern Charm Elopements so they had their own space to retreat to. Close access to the beach and great location to take walks and bike rides.

Lifelong Friends

Our stay was amazing! We ended up with a group of 13. Originally had a larger group but ended up with a smaller group. Everyone had such a good time and the house was the perfect size! A lot of levels so we were thankful for the elevator! Everything was great and loved that each room was an suite. We had a low country boil from Board and Basket HHI that was enough for two nights and had extra beach gear from VayK.

Wonder family vacation!

From the moment you get there you know it high end, the house was beautiful! I normally don’t sleep good in a bed that not mine, but I slept well . The rooms are all good size and they all have their own bathroom, except for the one that shares with the bunk bed room, it worked out well for my daughter and her family, lots of seating love the huge table in the kitchen, the pool wasn’t huge but it was perfect. Loved everything beach is very close and the view from 4th floor is amazing. Loved every thing! The elevator quit working but I think it just needed reset again. I enjoy being able to come here again!

Great location and property

We really enjoyed this property - we were a large group and there really isn’t a “bad” room as all but one had a king bed and bath. The house was well kept and the managers were responsive when we reported an issue with the fridge. The icemaker required replacement, so they brought in several bags of ice for our use. The kitchen was outfitted with the bare basics, so if you require spices, be prepared to bring your own!

House needs some help

It was a nice house but there were ants in the kitchen, sink leaked on counter, door to pool did not close, garage code never worked, very small refrigerator for such a large house, not enough garbage cans for such a large house, burner on the stove did not work. I have stayed at a lot of houses in HHI and its these things that drive you crazy because it is not worth spending your vacation trying to get them fixed. Nice house but disappointed with the little things

Wonderful for large family gathering

This property is ideally located with easy beach access and short drive to shops, golf and restaurants. Beautiful decor and spacious. Plenty of parking. Teens had their own floor for hanging out. Elevator was not working at first but management quickly fixed it. Was nice to have some free amenities like tee times at local golf courses. Also great to have four bikes with the property. One downside is that the marble floors make sound carry. Third floor bedrooms could easily hear TV and laughing from fourth floor through the stairwell. Also having two kitchens on first and fourth floors made for some difficulty finding things for cooking/meals. Loved having the grill and large kitchen table for family meals. The beach is AMAZING! Had an awesome vacation!

Very good stay, but had some hiccups

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and comfortable. The beach is beautiful and a short walk away. The kids loved it and didn’t want to leave. The little restaurant bar on the beach was very good and convenient. The only hiccup was with the elevator not working. Called the day I arrived to report the problem. Again reported it the next day.. eventually on day 6 out of 7 it was repaired. Usually wouldn’t have been a big issue, but it was the primary reason for selecting the property. We had 4 guests that had difficulty using stairs, so I felt terrible they had no elevator. For the price point of the property, hiccups like these really do need to be taken care of more promptly.

8 person golf trip

House is in great location and very clean. Host was easy to contact and helpful. Our only downfall compared to many other VRBO is this is more like a hotel. Don’t expect any spices or coffee filters. A couple garbage bags and some soap is included, more like a hotel. Kitchen does have pots and pans and everything to cook. Ice maker does not work. Elevator is perfectly fine if you follow directions. The last minor thing is the living room gathering area is a little small. We were on 8 person golf trip so it was tight at night all in living room. That being said though the bedrooms were great! And what a view!

60th birthday trip

8 couples stayed for my husband’s 60th birthday trip! The views from the 4th floor were outstanding and it was an awesome place to hang out! The walk to the beach was short and easy and SHORE BEACH SERVICE had our rental chairs and umbrellas set up perfectly for us each day! LOVED the abundance of coffee cups and large wine glasses, but no corkscrew in the house…..large garage, plenty of room to park our 3 minivans and a sedan. Ice Maker in fridge on the first level kitchen worked fine, but the ice would all freeze together so we had to buy bagged ice. The drawers in the bedroom dressers had no glides and were noisy and difficult to slide. Plenty of bath towels but only one dish rag and kitchen towel in each kitchen, would expect at least 2 sets in a house so large! All in all, we had a fabulous stay and hope to be back again!

Nice….but

The house was nice. Had a few hiccups that we weren’t told about but I guess out of their control. Two tubs were needed but one was out of order due to a leak. The 4th floor bdrm’s ceiling fan was not working due to someone pulling the cabin out, but the management was told. There was construction going on next door. Literally right by us as we sat on the first floor & 4th floor balcony. The pool had debris & cloudy from stuff blowing in it from the construction. As I said…out of their control, but we should have been given a heads up, which the management agreed & apologized. When we were headed out, the sanitary workers asked us to unlock the storage for the trash…it hasn’t been emptied in 2 weeks he said…which had to be the truth because when we drove into the garage, there was a smell. Our guys opened the door to put trash in the can but it was overflowing & trash bags all on the ground. Just glad they caught us to open the door for them. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep & definitely have their own private bthrms. The elevator worked, which was a big plus. Again, it is a lovely home, but someone needs to do a big walk through & check everything before renting again The management did answer every text that was sent & helpful.
