What a fabulous property!!! The bed was awesome, the couch was great, the view was fantastic. The owners did an outstanding job decorating and adding special touches for guests to enjoy. For that, we thank you for opening up your beach home to renters. The location can’t be beat and the amenities of the property are first class. The place was spotless and the property manager was very responsive. We have already booked the property again for the spring. I highly recommend this condo.

We enjoyed everything about our stay except for 2 things. The Bed was horrible. I didn’t sleep many nights out of the 14 days we stayed. And to make it worse, the couch has seen its better days. I had to makeshift with pillows a way to sit on it. This was a real disappointment!!! Everything else was fine and we had a great time with the location and the beach access. We learned a valuable lesson this time. Always make sure to check on the bed situation before you book for 2 weeks. Also the place had sand on the counters. We paid a lot to stay and we have stayed in HH for years. We were disappointed.

Super easy check in process! The kitchen was equipped with everything we would need and more! Very convenient! They even supplied laundry detergent & dishwasher detergent which was super nice! Loved that there were beach chairs there that we could use as well. Overall very pleased with our stay! Pool & beach access was also super convenient!

Nice unit, great view, wonderful property

Our stay at Windsor II in Palmetto Dunes was absolutely fantastic! The unit is beautifully updated with new windows and a sliding door, which made it easy to take in the extraordinary view of the ocean and pool. Every morning we were greeted by breathtaking scenery, and the peaceful ambiance made it the perfect getaway.The property and the unit itself are very well-maintained, showcasing attention to detail and care. We also appreciated how well Bradley Beach Side Properties managed everything—they communicated promptly, were incredibly helpful, and made the entire process seamless.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Windsor II to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque beach vacation!

Wonderful Beach Week!

My wife and I have vacationed at HHI since '95 but have never stayed at a Palmetto Dunes property; we had a wonderful week! The check-in took only a few minutes, and the desk personnel were amiable and helpful. Once we had our property pass, we were fine getting through the security checkpoint for the week. The condo was immaculate, spacious, updated, and well-stocked. The communication with the property manager was simple. We had no issues with booking, arrival, stay, or check-out. We parked in the parking garage, had convenient beach access, and the grounds were meticulously maintained. We enjoyed the frog symphony each evening on our balcony, and the wildlife residents (deer, rabbits, and squirrels) were fun and relaxing to watch. I highly recommend this property and have added it to our "short-list" for future stays.

Beyond Impressed

The pictures don’t do this condo justice! I’m extremely picky and always feel the need to wipe everything down before bringing in our belongings wherever we stay, but felt like this place was actually cleaned and cleaned well before walking through the door. Great anniversary getaway

This condo was wonderful! Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. The master bed was incredible- we both slept great every night. The view from the 3rd floor balcony shows both pools and the beach. Pools are right outside elevator. All the amenities were provided. And with the beauty and comfort that is Hilton Head, it was a great time! Definitely a place you want to check out!

Wonderful vacation spot!

Loved this place in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head. the apartment was just steps from the beach. So relaxing. The apartment is exactly as advertised and extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Anniversary Stay

This property was GREAT! The unit was recently updated and was well decorated. The bed seemed a little "tight", but my back didn't hurt when I got up, so no complaints! We ate out while we were there, but it seemed to have plenty of utensils. The Palmetto Dunes property is a jewel. The pool was nice and the beach access was easy. We stay at nice places when we travel and this place is close to the top. Loved it...we will be back. If you are on the fence, get off of it and book. You will be happy you did.

Great weekend getaway!

Great property! Easy, met all expectations. Walk to beach was perfect just by the pool and over the dunes (if you know HH, you know this is just the norm)! Would definitely book again!
