¡Echa un vistazo a las amplias vistas frente al mar desde esta hermosa villa! Condominio cuenta con un balcón extra grande y está en el lado de sotavento del edificio. Los nuevos cambios a esta unidad incluyen tres nuevos televisores de pantalla plana, ropa de cama nueva, muebles nuevos en la sala de estar, incluyendo un sofá cama de matrimonio, y reproductores de DVD en todas partes. Lovely vacation

Beautiful views of the beach and ocean from balcony. Exceptionally clean condo and easy access to the beach. Great location. Enjoyed every day.

Everything you would want at your finger tips and one of the best beaches you will ever want to experience.

From th beach, it apears that all of the places on Palmetto Dunes have a good view. The place was clean and very well-maintained. The AC worked well. The beds were comfortable. The customer service always answered the phone and were very helpful and polite.There are a variety of delicious restaurants very close by, everything from sandwiches to formal dining. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Staying here!

We were disappointed that the pool was closed and we were not notified until the day before our arrival. We were not given the code to the gate to get to the beach as well and when we called the man that answered the phone was most unhelpful and a little rude.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not being able to check in or use any of the facilities until 4pm, despite the unit being clean and unoccupied was frustrating. We had been traveling since early AM. We were told the resort shuttle ran THROUGH Sept only to find out it had stopped running. This left us with no transportation and had to scramble to find a car rental. The employees at check in were pleasant, but not terribly helpful with both the late check in and the miscommunication re the on site trolley service. Definitely needed a car, as the resort is massive. The unit we rented was clean but very dated, especially the bathrooms. The beach and view from our balcony were 5 star!

Only down side was that both bathrooms have jetted tubs. These can be difficult for older people to access.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Communication with Palmetto was fine. Location the precise 414 residence was somewhat more difficult as there are no external identification designations for 414 which are easily located. Amenities were fine, view was excellent, furnishings were excellent with exception of very poor quality paper towels and toilet tissue. Residence was quiet. Garage parking was challenging but navigable.

We could not have asked for anything more....except maybe the ability to stay and vacation longer. Hopefully we will be able to stay here again. The starter pack of detergent and paper towels, trash bags was greatly appreciated- a nice touch!!!
