Una hermosa remodelación del primer piso recientemente terminada. El primer piso se abrió con paredes removidas creando un espacio abierto lleno de luz. Nuevos gabinetes, mostradores de granito y pisos. Recién pintado con techos lisos (sin palomitas de maíz, entrada sin llave.

El casillero de playa está disponible para su uso con 6 sillas de playa, sombrillas y juguetes de arena. Almacene todo en la playa. Un paseo tan corto también.

La villa está situada entre los hermosos pinos, robles cubiertos de musgo y palmeras tropicales de Shipyard Plantation. La unidad es una Villa Greens de dos pisos, dos habitaciones, para no fumadores, ubicada en el sexto green del campo de golf Shipyard Galleon Y a solo 7 minutos a pie de la prístina playa de 12 millas de HHI.

Las actualizaciones de 2018 incluyen y todo el nuevo sistema de HVAC, nueva parrilla de gas de 5 quemadores, secadora de ropa nueva con pintura nueva y pisos en el armario de la lavandería.

Todos los muebles y ropa de cama se mantienen rigurosamente con una limpieza a vapor profunda 2X / año. Los cuartos de baño y tocador también fueron recientemente renovados.

Nuestra ubicación es una de las mejores en The Greens. Estamos más cerca de la playa sin estar en Shipyard Drive y ubicados directamente frente al famoso Van Der Meer Shipyard Tennis Center y Sonesta Resort.

La villa acomodará a los 7 huéspedes con una nueva cama Queen ubicada en la sala de estar, cama King en el dormitorio principal y camas dobles e individuales en el segundo dormitorio. El dormitorio principal incluye además un vestidor y baño privado. El segundo dormitorio tiene acceso a un baño hall separado. Ambos baños completos tienen una combinación de bañera / ducha y hay un medio baño ubicado en el nivel principal. Una lavadora y secadora grandes también están convenientemente ubicadas en el segundo piso.

La villa viene equipada con una nueva pantalla plana de 42 "con TV HD en la sala de estar y una nueva pantalla plana de 32" en el dormitorio principal. Reproductor de DVD proporcionado.

Los baños y la sala de estar también se han remodelado recientemente con tocadores de granito en el baño y pisos laminados de madera en la sala de estar. Además, cambiamos el propósito de la pequeña sala de desayuno en el frente a una sala de barro / arena más práctica. En nuestras vacaciones pasadas descubrimos que utilizamos esta habitación para nuestras toallas, parafernalia de playa y sandalias / zapatos en lugar de como un comedor. El comedor principal permanece unido a la sala de estar.

The property was in a wonderful location only a short bike ride away from the beach. The property was very clean and allowed us to relax and enjoy our vacation. The owner was responsive to any questions and made the process very easy. The beach locker made life much easier so that we did not have to constantly transport everything from the condo to the beach.

My family loves this property! It's the second time we've stayed here. It's always clean and has the amenities we need. We enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the pool, and having access to the beach locker is very convenient! The host is has good communication, is very courteous, and responds quickly when needed. During this trip, my family enjoyed meals at Stu's Surfside Subs, The Sandbar, The Bank, and Red Fish. We also got a weekly pass from the nearby Breakthrough Fitness Center, which was a nice way to catch a break from the sun and for my teenagers to get some energy out. We highly recommend this property! We look forward to staying here again in the future! Thanks to the host for making us feel welcome!

We enjoy this neighborhood because it’s walkable to the beach. This property did not disappoint. Everything in great shape and Maureen was an awesome communicator. We traveled from out west and it’s a long flying day. Check in was very smooth. Highly recommend!

This condo is at a wonderful location and Maureen, the owner was wonderful to correspond with, always quick to respond and fix and worries! We have been to HHI numerous times and this was one of the best!

This was my family's first trip to Hilton Head Island. We usually go to the 30A area, but after friends recommended HHI, we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. There's a lot more wildlife compared to the gulf! Within an hour of arriving at our rental property, we saw two alligators, a few turtles, and a heron eating a live fish. This properly was clean and was accurately described in the listing. The kitchen was nice, and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals for breakfast and lunch. It's reasonably close to the beach, about a half mile from the doorstep to sand; we walked a few times, but mostly we would ride our bikes. The beach storage was a huge bonus! We stashed our boys' boogie boards in there, and took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella. There's a nearby Publix, though we arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and Publix was crazy busy, which seemed common. I'd recommend planning ahead, getting reservations, or bringing groceries to avoid having to go there on a Saturday evening. We also biked to The Bank, an outdoor beer garden that opened a few weeks before we visited. It was a great atmosphere and we really enjoyed it. We also enjoyed Chow Daddy's, Hilton Head Ice Cream, touring the Harbour Town Lighthouse, and a date night at Red Fish! Restaurants seem to book up fast, so I'd recommend getting reservations in advance. Overall, we had a great visit, and would definitely stay here again!

Maureen was fabulous to work with. We stayed for a month and truly enjoyed our time there. The Greens has by far the best pool in Shipyard Plantation! AC and the home all worked well. If you love to cook a lot, you may want to pack a few things for that as the kitchen is not what we’d consider fully stocked! Otherwise we had a fabulous stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Maureen's. We loved that it was right across the street from the tennis facility. The locker at the beach was a benefit. We didn't have to haul our beach chairs to and from the beach every day. The unit itself was very clean and had everything that we needed for the week. The beds were also very comfortable. Maureen gave us a list of great restaurant recommendations and other activities to do while in HHI. We would love to come back!

Accommodations were great! Close to beach and pool. Bicycles available for use. Beach chairs and umbrellas with a beach locker. Perfect. Townhouse was in a great location. Well equipped. Nicely decorated. Very well stocked. Highly recommend! Our family of four (kids in their twenties) enjoyed our first time visiting HHI. We would love to go back and stay here, again!! The host was so pleasant to work with!

We stayed at this beautiful villa Aug 7-14, 2021! My husband and three teenage daughters- the villa was completely stocked with everything we needed! There were two bikes and a locker full of beach supplies to use! We rented one bike and my daughters rode their bikes to and from the beach everyday and my husband and I walked! It took us about 5 minutes from the villa, was a beautiful walk. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfy and some mornings I didn’t want to get out of it! We love Hilton Head Island and will be definitely renting this villa again!

Our family of four (2 teens) had plenty of space in this condo! Two floors and spacious living & kitchen areas were great. This is so close to the beach...if it were any closer it would be ON the beach. Walking or biking gets you there in a blink. Having the beach locker and bikes was awesome. We would def stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Maureen's villa but certainly won't be our last. Excellent location close to the beach. Interior has been completely renovated and looks fantastic. Extremely clean and well-maintained. Beach locker with chairs, toys, and beach cart a huge plus. Reasonably priced. What more could you ask for? We absolutely recommend staying here. You will love it!

This villa is exactly as described! It is open, airy, and nicely decorated with a wonderful view of the 6th green. Very relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the golfers go by. The location is very nice within Shipyard. It’s an easy walk to the beach and pool. We loved having access to the beach locker with beach chairs and toys available for our use, graciously provided by the owner. Having two bicycles was an added bonus and we had fun rides over to Coligny Plaza and around Shipyard. Everything you need has been thoughtfully provided. You won’t be disappointed in this villa or the owner, who was very responsive to a few of our questions. We will be back!
