    Devonshire 207 is a beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bath, second-floor villa ideally located on the lagoon and golf course in the quaint complex of Devonshire at Port Royal Village. Enjoy the spacious balconies and the lovely Low Country view. This villa has new upgrades and it is a great place to enjoy with your family and friends.

    The main bedroom features a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, balcony access, and a private en-suite bath that has a tub/shower combo.

Beach Retreat

Quiet retreat along the golf course with only a half a mile walk to the beach! This place became a favorite very quickly. The apartment was spacious, well furnished, and clean. And if you are looking off the balcony you might just see an alligator floating in the creek!

Great for families

The property was perfect for our family. Everyone was comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed for the week. I appreciate that Vacasa provided starter kits of dish soap and laundry detergent, paper towels and trash bags. Walk to the beach from the property takes about 8-10 mins but we take a wagon and it makes it much easier to transport beach items. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed our vacation.

I loved the balconies facing a beautiful stream and a golf course. Safe, quiet and perfect location to a beach. Great appliances comfortable beds

Quiet relaxation

The unit was a short 10 min walk to the beach. It was also in a quiet complex close to restaurants and shoppers.

Great Getaway

This was a hidden gem of a deal. It was just as listed and so quiet! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Very spacious for the 6 of us!

We have stayed in Port Royal Village for years and LOVE 207 Devonshire! It is our favorite second floor villa! Incredibly peaceful and close to the beach. We will return.

Cozy Condo

We love HHI and wanted to do a quick trip with another couple. This condo was perfect! We enjoyed the fireplace/heater. The kitchen had plently of pots and pans. The beds were super comfy and the sheets smelled very nice! The location was mid-island and we were able to quickly go anywhere; including day trips to Beaufort and Bluffton.

WINTER ESCAPE

Stayed here from January until March. Location was excellent! The condo was nice a little cluttered with all the stuff on the shelves and stands but overall was nice. Does need some updates and a little more storage in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Peace, quiet and comfort in Hilton Head

The back of the condo faces a golf course and a natural lagoon great for privacy and nature lovers. The bedrooms are very spacious as are the bathrooms. Condo is a five minute walk to the beach, but you have to bring your own beach cart and chairs.

Our beach trip!

This condo was amazing! Love the kitchen and the granite countertops. All the beds were so comfortable. Thank you so much for a nice place for us to stay. It was as short walk to the beach and loved we could use all the amenities at the Westin hotel. Also, having the pool right at the condo was very nice in the evenings. We will def be coming back next year.

Great vacation spot, close to beach.

We had a great time staying at this property. Quiet and relaxing setting with view of the golf course and wild life. Close walk to the beach. The cleaning service could have done a better job. Lots of dust on furniture and the balcony could have used a sweep. Other than that it was a great stay. Would stay there again.

We did not want to leave!

We had an amazing time staying at the Devonshire 207. It was spacious, clean, I was able to do laundry!!! The pool was never crowded, and we swam every night about 7pm. The beach was super close and easy to walk to. We loved it and we are super sad to leave. We will be booking here again FYI if you love alligators, when hanging out on the balcony we spotted a few In the creek... super freaking cool!

Always enjoy the island and all it has to offer. This year I went BACK to Goode vacation rentals as no other company can compete with their service ! We really enjoyed Devonshire 207 and would rent it again for sure !!! The staff at Goode rentals are the best team you can get.

This was not a vacation, but a comfortable place to stay while we monitored the rebuild of our house after Hurricane Matthew. It was so nice to have a place to spread out after our days and have a little slice of a vacation!. Staying in such a nice place reminded us why we are rebuilding: we love the island! Only one issue: living room TV did not work.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay in Devonshire 207. Overall, it was very clean and well maintained. My only complaint was that the balcony needs to be sprayed for bugs (mainly spiders). It was very spacious inside and had plenty of room for two couples and two children. We are already thinking of booking it again for next year!

Great vacation!

We loved the place and location and the view from our balcony. Overall the place was clean with a few exceptions. The floors in the corners of rooms and behind the beds and furniture was dirty.

Everything was as advertised or better. The unit was very clean, whoever does the housekeeping does a great job. The towels were very nice. The "starter package" of soaps and such was very generous with some supplies lasting the whole week. If I return to Hilton Head I will definitely use Goode rentals. Property is within walking distance to the beach although bicycles were a huge help.

Disappointment overload

This is the second year we’ve stayed at a Vacasa managed property. Both times our condos were unsavory ( filthy) and were in need of repairs to make them acceptable. You might ask why stay a second time? We believed the 1st occasion was an anomaly. We now know it’s the norm and we will NEVER stay at another Vacasa managed property.
