The property is tired and needs cleaning and maintenance. The primary bedroom mattress needs replacing. The patio is adjacent to the road. The utility area has loose trash and the door needs repair. The furniture is dirty. The walls were dirty. The property manager gave conflicting information when asked for reassignment at check in. We were told it was not possible. After suffering through a couple of weeks, property manager indicated we could have been reassigned at check in but person who fielded our call provided incorrect information. There are better places and managers in Palmetto Dunes/Queens grant. We use short term rentals multiple time per year. This was our worst experience ever. Ended up leaving early and renting another place at considerable additional expense. After leaving we learned that friends have had similar issues with the property manager.
