The main level of the townhouse features an open and inviting layout designed for easy vacation living. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together naturally, creating a comfortable space for gathering after a day exploring the island. Two sleeper sofas in the living room provide additional flexibility for guests traveling with family or friends. A convenient half bathroom on the main level adds extra comfort and functionality during your stay.



Upstairs, both bedrooms offer private retreats, each paired with its own full bathroom for added privacy and convenience. PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Shipyard is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $100 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.



The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:



1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.

2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.

3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.
