We could not have picked a home with a better size, location, set of amenities, host and overall atmosphere than this one. You're less than a five minute drive from a ton of great restaurants, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, and if you decide to stay in for the day or night, there's plenty of space to have a group hangout. Highly recommend you have your morning coffee on the dock, spend the day at the beach, then come back to the pool to relax before dinner. But my biggest compliment goes to Ashley for being a very attentive host and quickly answering any questions we had. Guaranteed you will not regret renting this place!

Perfect Family Getaway

This property was exactly as listed with many amenities for the family and young children. There were baby beds, toys and other items for the young children and the house was very spacious and clean for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and basic condiments. The pool and hot tub were awesome and a must for our family. The walk to the beach was easy, especially with the beach carts provided. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive and helpful. I hope we can return again soon.

Great location on Hilton Head

The house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for all 12 of us. The kids spent a lot of time in the pool and the beach was a short walk away. Kim and/or Ashley were very prompt when we contacted them with questions.

We had a great time. The group was comfortable and close proximity to Omni Resort which was the host hotel for our group to RBC. Could not have been happier for the walk bridge up street. Pool & spa worked well. Steps down pool area need repairs. Hope to stay again next years RBC.

Beautiful location

We had a great time in this lovely home. It was very comfortable for our family of 9. The boys, ages 11 to 14, loved the hot tub and the pool. They also loved fishing off the dock. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed on the island and in Palmetto Dunes several times, this was the best property we have rented. Beautiful view, rooms were spacious, pictures as advertised and communication with Ashley/Kim was excellent. Would definitely rent again.

Excellent location

We enjoyed our stay at 23 St. George. Ashley and Kim were very responsive to all questions we had - and Kim checked in with us when a hurricane was threatening to hit (it ultimately missed HHI). The listing indicated 2 hours of free court time (tennis or pickleball) per day, but we had to reserve court time (and pay) and then get reimbursed by the owner. This was OK for us, but others may not like that arrangement -so if that is important to you, best to inquire ahead of time. We did not have any children with us, but the set up would be great for those with kiddos. Plenty of room!

Great family vacation house!

My family & I have been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and this is our favorite house we've stayed in so far. It's a short walk to the beach (less than 10 minutes) and staying on the lagoon is really peaceful! I loved going down to the private dock to have my morning coffee. We really appreciated the cleanliness & fully equipped kitchen where it was easy to cook meals for a large group & chat with those hanging out in the living room. Thanks to Ashley for everything!

Lagoon oasis at Palmetto in Hilton Head

Ashley and Kim were wonderful to rent from; the communication was wonderful and prompt. The property and furnishings were top notch and contained items to make the stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect house for 2 families! Within a short walk to the beach, the house has 2 master suites and 2 “bunk” rooms. The house was clean and well stocked.

Great Owner and Host Communication!

This home and property is beautiful! It had all of the amenities we needed. We hosted a small rehearsal dinner for my son and his fiance, and the house and area around the pool were perfect! Best of all, the owner and host were patient with all of my questions and were quick to respond by email and text. I'd love to return to this home when I don't have a wedding going on so that I can enjoy the home more as well as all that Palmetto Dunes has to offer!

Thanksgiving Family Get Together

We had a lovely time at this beautiful home! The home is right on a lagoon and has an incredible hot tub and pool. The streets in the neighborhood are covered in Spanish Moss and the home is a 1/4 mile walk from the beach. There are two primary bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms in the home and two more bedrooms with a bathroom in between them. The dining room table was large and the couches were comfortable.

Perfect stay

We’ve been coming to HHI for over 20 years, and this was by far the best week we’ve ever had. The house didn’t just feel like a rental, it felt like home. A place you would actually live. The home layout was great. The pool was well sized, but the heated spa was the real treat. And you could go fishing in the canal directly from the dock. Just watch out for the great blue heron who wants to eat anything you catch! The walk or bike ride to the beach is pretty easy and you have a couple entrances you can choose from. We found the public entrance by Disney to be the best option for us. Finally, I’ll mention the hosts were perfect. Always available through a quick message and responded promptly. Just super accommodating and nice.
