Very nice updated property with close proximity to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 18. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys, and, wagons. The kitchen was spacious and easily accommodated our large family. The pool area is awesome and was a huge highlight for everyone. The bedrooms were all lovely and each had a bathroom. Our older kids loved the lower level rec room. A very nice beach home. We are planning to return.

The home was beautiful and very clean. Our beds were comfortable. It was well equipped for cooking, and had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. We loved the hot tub in the evenings and the private beach access during the day. Despite cloudy and rainy weather, our family group had a wonderful week. We would recommend 1 Capri to anyone, and would love to visit again.

Group of octogenarian woman…just finished another idyllic stay at 1 Capri Lane. The home is clean, well equipped and in a great location. Pool and deck are great. There is space to gather and space for quiet time. Owner/Manager are easy to work with. Highly recommend this home!

Our family of 16 ranging from 4 months to 66 years old enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We especially appreciated the pool, quick access to the beach, screened in porch, large dining room table, bathtubs for bathing young children and the many chairs, towels and toys for the beach. There was even a highchair for our one-year-old to use. While the large kitchen has plenty of counter space and is stocked well with pans, dishes and spices for cooking, we found the limited pantry space surprising for the size of home. We would not let that deter us from recommending this home to others though and would consider this home for a future stay at Hilton Head.

Great vacation stay at Jim’s place

Enjoyed a great vacation with multi families staying on property. Pool and deck size were perfect for our group and we utilized the pool day and night when not at the beach. Short walk to beach access on a less crowded location in the Coligny Plaza area.

This was our third summer at 1 Capri. The owner is always very responsive and the house manager, Linda, is terrific!. The kitchen is very well stocked, nice gas grill and the property is very clean and nicely decorated. There are 14 of us ranging in age from 1 -70 - plenty of room for all. The pool and deck area is very nice - the pool was very clean and was cleaned during the week as well. There are low beach chairs and beach wagons available for the guests (also an extra fridge on the lower level which really comes in handy). It is only a 4 min walk to the beach - very convenient.We already have plans to return next year - 5 star all around!!!

Location was perfect for beach and fun

VaCa in Hilton Head

This property and owner/manager are amazing!!! It is such a lovely home- so close to everything including the beach 🏖️ you can walk, rent a bike got walking - sit in the pool /whirlpool - just a really fun trip

Family fun in the sun

The house was perfect for all 14 of us, ages from 4 to 76. Private and quiet yet close enough to all the places on the island to go and see.

Capri 1 was the perfect home for our group’s vacation! The home was beautifully decorated ,spotless and well equipped with all the things we needed to make our stay comfortable! Located near the beach and shopping area it was by far our best vacation and our group voted to return next year We have been vacationing to Hilton Head for many years and this is winner!

Relaxing stay in quiet location near the beach

Our group of 13 found this home to be very comfortable for the 5 family groups who came together for a great vacation on an island we've been to many times before. Spacious accommodations, nice pool and spa, the elevator made it easier to haul suitcases up a couple of flights, and the short walk to the beach was popular for all.

Family fun!

This is our second or third time staying at this property and we really feel at home here. We settle in quickly and have a great time under our tents. If Jim could only control the sharks!

It was great

It was a great location, a few steps from the beach, not far from Coligny. Fully equipped kitchen and lots of beach gear. Great pool and hot tub. Overal nice stay very clean and I would recommend it.

Family Spring Break

Wonderful week with many walks on the beach. Weather good have been better though finished with a magnificent beach day. Kids loved the spa. Very well appointed kitchen which was much appreciated.

Great vacation

We have stated many places at Hilton Head we really liked the house it was laid out nice and very family friendly. Great access to the beach and the bike ride to the shops and a restaurant without have to drive was wonderful. The communication with the manager was great. She was very friendly would stay again . Amazing Family Vacation

This home was in a great location and very well maintained. Plenty of room for our family of 14. Everything was 100 accurate on the listing and close to everything you needed and wanted to do. We would surely recommend this home to anyone. This home treated our family to a very memorable vacation.

We love the easy access to all things on the island. This home is steps from the beach, on a quiet and peaceful street at the end of the main road, yet a bike ride from Coligny shops. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated and that was money well spent in December. We enjoyed daily pool and hot tub time. The home is spacious and provided more than enough comfortable sleeping for 2 adult couples and 7 adult kids. The kitchen is also well stocked with spices, tools and refrigerator space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 1 Capri Lane and look forward to our next visit to HHI!

Great stay for a wedding week with a large group

We had a great stay at this house. Lots of room for family and friends to sleep and hangout. Very close walk to the beach and nearby Sonesta resort for events. House had all the items we needed during our stay including an elevator that was great for getting heavier items upstairs. Will absolutely recommend this home for stays in Hilton Head and would stay here again ourselves.

Extended Family vacation

The house was perfect for the 12 of us. The pool was wonderful and we also took the very short walk to the beach daily. We rented bikes and visited Coligny Plaza for shopping, dining and way too much ice cream. We would definitely come again.
