  • Enjoy beautiful ocean views from your private patio and a pool view from the front door! This cozy villa features a fully equipped kitchen that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, smart TV, and is just steps from the beach. The bedroom offers a comfy queen bed, while the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Located in a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance of fantastic shops, restaurants, and local attractions. 2 beach chairs and two bikes are included, making it easy to explore and enjoy your stay. Best suited for a couple and 2-3 kids max.

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

    The villa is located within walking distance to the main tourist center Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants and right across the street is the Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. We are biking distance from lots more. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Perfect place for a getaway. Beach, shops, restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk, or even quicker with the bikes provided. Very good communication.

We had a great stay here! It’s perfect for two people. It was a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed the view of the ocean from the room. The bikes provided were new and super nice! The host was very communicative and helpful.

This was the perfect place for my husband and myself. The area was not overly crowded when we were there yet still active. We walked to Coligny quite a few times - great coffee shop there! We even got a surprise dog contest to see there.Kendall was very quick to respond when we reached out to stay a couple days longer. A cute little box of a couple beach themed cookies were there upon our arrival.It was an all around nice trip. We will certainly reach out again.

The unit was very clean and nicely updated. Comfortable for an adult couple and would also fit a few small children. We enjoyed spending our mornings and evenings on the patio and very much appreciated the newer bikes and beach chairs included with the property. Kitchen was also well stocked with dishes for our short stay. The owner checked up on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Property is very close proximity to the beach compared to many others and a quick bike ride or easy walk to nearby Coligny plaza with plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery. We never got in our car once we checked in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here or in another unit managed by the Klines in the future.

We had a very nice stay. Close to the beach, great location, and the owner was very responsive! Note, it is a small unit but perfect for 2 people.

Great place!!

This was a perfect location and we loved the property! Easy beach access, great restaurants in walking distance, and only a 3 mile bike to sea pines. We really enjoyed this stay.

We had a great stay at this cute little property! Loved that we had direct access to the beach from the boardwalk in the parking lot. The host was extremely helpful & responsive!

Loved Hilton head island!

Just returned from a fabulous vacation at this rental-clean, comfortable, and had all the necessities. Lots of bars/shops/restaurants within walking distance and steps to the beach. Check in/out process was smooth and host was highly responsive. Definitely recommend staying here!

It’s a SHOREthing that we will be back!

We absolutely love SHOREthing! It’s the perfect size for me and my husband. We love that it is right on the beach and walking distance to Coligny. Having access to bikes is also a plus for us. This was our second time staying here and can promise we will be back!!

Perfect location and amazing host!

This location is amazing! The unit is small but has everything you could possibly need. Coligny circle is a short walk/bike ride away and beach right there! Host was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend!

Summer vacation 2022

I have been staying at Seaside Villas since 2006. This villa was super cute, very clean and had all of the amneties that we needed for a great stay. Owner was quick to communicate with us when we had a question. Totally recommned staying with Kendall.

Loved our visit!

The property was just as described. Perfect location! Loved the quick walk to the beach and hearing the ocean while reading on the porch. Amazing quick responses when we had questions or needed anything. Thank you so much!!

Beautiful location

The unit was beautiful along with all of the foliage on and around the grounds. It was so easy getting in, checking in and getting around the property. The owners did everything for us but go to the beach! Haha The bikes were such a great treat, we never drove anywhere, including the grocery store. Great time and we can’t wait to come back!
