We had a fantastic time at the villa during our stay in Hilton Head! Great price, location and very spacious. You are a short walk to public beach access and can fish right out the back door in the bay! Plus the view is beautiful back there at sunset and sunrise. Thanks for everything!

The property was in need of a little care. The front and back screen doors were torn making them unusable. The floors had a lot of cat or dog hair on them, after vacuuming 3 times I could still see it floating in the air. The air conditioner unit was in need of cleaning. The bathrooms and beds were nice and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. The area is nice and beach access is a walking distance. I would stay again but would request a different unit.

Extended family getaway

Our family (two adults and two kids) booked this villa as a base for our 4th of July vacation. Grandparents and aunt/cousin joined us. We appreciated the two king beds, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was really valuable in giving each group their own space. The key draw is definitely proximity to South Beach (an easy walk for us) and to the Salty Dog and shops. Outdoor shower to clean up after the beach was great! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. Check-in was easy and went exactly as described. The villa was clean and comfortable; we would definitely book it again.

Great Hilton Head vacation

We were a group of 2 senior couples along with the other couple’s grown daughter. We had a great stay. Ate at Salty Dog a few times. Cooked at home most of the time. Rented bikes for half the week. The bike trails in Sea Pines are incredible!! So much fun. Daily walks on the beach. Day trip to Savannah was great fun! Great golf. The condo had everything we needed! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Great Stay In South Beach

My family had a great time at this property. It wasn’t too hot on the 3rd floor and my teenagers loved the extra space. Only addition that would be great is if the property had a couple beach chairs and an umbrella.

Great location

The condo was very spacious and easily fit our group of 8. The location was perfect. Easy walk to salty dog and a short bike ride to the beach. We had a small issue and the property management was very responsive.

Great location!

Condo was very clean and layout was perfect for our family of 6. Two king suites are spacious and comfortable. The twin beds were perfect for teens “hangout”. We love the convenience of being within walking distance to the pool and all the great things in South Beach!

Tennis Camp at Sea Pines

Great location! It is a quick walk to the tennis courts, Salty Dog, pool and the beach. Good to have 3 levels to spend time together or divide up. Beautiful view of the lagoon and enjoyed watching the fishing guides each morning and the tides come in and out. Kitchen and dining area are updated and a great place to gather. Rented bikes but did not use them very much since everything is so close. Wish the kitchen had a Keurig so I could have a quick cup of coffee.

First time at South Beach

Had a great time exploring a new part of Sea Pines, particularly kayaking! Enjoyed the condo layout and decor. Beautiful views and a convenient walk to the beach. Only minor issue was the difference in temperatures between the first and third floors-had to be very cold downstairs to keep the upstairs bearable.

Great location; needs attention

I was in town for a wedding, which took place a short walk away. It was convenient to be near South Beach Marina, and I enjoyed walking on the bike/walk paths. Check in was easy and convenient. I came in on a Sunday evening. Early Monday morning, I called to have the water filter replaced in the refrigerator. I also requested assistance with the operation of the top floor bedroom ceiling fan. Neither request was fulfilled. At one point, I noticed the baseboard by the back door was laying on the floor with exposed nails. Fortunately, we never used the back door. Due to wedding events, my son and I spent little time in the unit.

Perfect beach vacation

This was a gorgeous location with everything you need for a great vacation. Fish in the back yard, activity nearby, and an easy walk to the beach. You can’t beat seeing dolphins every day!
