Ubicación perfecta! Deje su auto estacionado y camine o ande en bicicleta a todo lo que desee. Este encantador condominio está ubicado al otro lado de la calle de la playa y tiene acceso a la piscina en la piscina del complejo Captain's Walk (climatizada según la temporada). El condominio está cerca de todo lo que Palmetto Dunes tiene para ofrecer: campos de golf galardonados, tenis, pesca y millas de senderos para bicicletas. La mejor característica puede ser relajarse en el porche trasero admirando la vida silvestre en la laguna. La sala de estar tiene un televisor de pantalla plana y acceso a una terraza privada que ofrece una vista del sistema de lagunas de 11 millas. ¡Una cocina actualizada completamente equipada con encimeras de granito y más! La cocina fue renovada en 2017. TV en los tres dormitorios. En el corazón de Palmetto Dunes se encuentra Shelter Cove Marina, un exclusivo vecindario frente al mar que alberga algunas de las mejores cocinas de la isla, boutiques, galerías de arte, deportes acuáticos, tours, eventos para niños y un espectáculo semanal de fuegos artificiales en la ribera (según la temporada). El complejo cuenta con una gran piscina, una piscina para bebés, cabaña, una gran terraza para tomar el sol, parrillas a gas y el paseo marítimo a la playa. Piscina climatizada en temporada.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our entire family enjoyed our time at Palmetto Dunes. We had some unfortunate circumstances with travel that led to the cancellation of our rental car. However, once we ubered to our Villa, bikes took us everywhere we needed to go! I am so glad that the bikes and beach chairs were recommended to us. We enjoyed our stay and hope to some day return to Palmetto Dunes.

Reviewer Comments: This condo was great except for the winding stairs to the 2nd floor. 2 adults in their 60s had to use that bedroom as the 4 adults in their 70s used the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. Other than that, the condo was great. And...Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort staff was easy to work with...great group!

Good resort, unhelpful and unfriendly staff

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was fine and the resort was as expected. However, when I had a problem on the first day I went to the welcome center to speak with the staff to get it corrected but they were unhelpful and borderline rude in every way. I followed up during my vacation and for almost a week after and nothing was ever done and their promises were not followed through on. I expected more from a resort at this price point. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the location of this Villa because of its walking distance to the beach, pool, tennis and pickleball courts. The villa itself is in need of a renovation. The patio and outdoor furniture was old, stained and musty. Some of the screen doors had holes in them, and were difficult to open. The floors were not level, especially in the living room, and the bathroom faucet was never repaired correctly. I think the entire condo needs a complete renovation. We stayed in 487 Captains Cove for 5 days and that renovation was incredible! What a beautiful job done by the owner.

Palmetto Dunes Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great home away from home experience for our family. Being very centrally located, we were able to enjoy the beach, pickle ball, golfing, and the general store. I had an issue with the microwave and disposal upon arrival, but those were very quickly taken care of and had no other issues. Great customer service. Nice, scenic place to relax and wind down!
