  • Recientemente renovado 2 dormitorios / 2 baños villa con una gran vista al mar. La villa cuenta con encimeras de granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, cafetera Keurig, televisores inteligentes con pantalla plana, aire acondicionado centralizado y pisos cerámicos. Camas Queen en los dos dormitorios, combinación de bañera / ducha en un baño y ducha de pie en el dormitorio principal. Sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Ofrecemos una membresía de gimnasio gratuita en el gimnasio del The Players Club (a 2 cuadras) que incluye una piscina cubierta y una bañera de hidromasaje. También hay sillas de playa y una sombrilla para su uso.

    Ubicado en Seaside Villas, 4 edificios en la playa desde Tiki Hut y Coligny Plaza, con una ubicación central, pero sin demasiada gente. Acceso directo a la playa en la propiedad.
    Seaside Villas no admite mascotas, la compañía de administración es muy estricta y cuesta $ 500. 00 tarifas por día por mascota.

This is the perfect place to stay! The host was very responsive throughout the stay. The room was clean. Perfect beach view and close to shops!

This condo was amazing. Great views to the ocean, very close to the elevator and very clean and quiet. The free rental bikes were an added bonus. I plan on booking this same condo again soon. The hosts are super quick to answering any questions. An overall GREAT EXPERIENCE!

This room has a beautiful view. The room is as described and we had an amazing trip. The property has a good beach access. The property is within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shops. We especially liked the Sandbar restaurant. We highly recommend this property.

This property is as advertised and we had a great stay. The owner was very responsive to communication (for example, we asked for a box fan to help the A/C better cool the bedroom and this was provided in a quick time frame). The location is excellent as we could walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants. While the property is not perfect and I would not recommend for more than 2 people (it seems like an older building) it was very clean, quiet, close enough to the elevator to be convenient, the bed was comfortable, and you can use one of the many luggage carts available.

This unit provides great views of the beach. Close access to elevators. Updated interior really facilitates a comfortable stay. We love the proximity to Coligny and the park. We enjoy walking in the mornings and the walk/bike paths are great. Definitely recommend

Wonderful Villa! Everything about this Villa is exceptional! 5 min walk to the beach, beach chairs and bikes at the location are free to use, parking close to Villa, very quiet, lovely pool, can see the ocean from the patio, King bed, very clean, walk or bike to Coligny Beach. The host was so easy and kind to communicate with, making sure we had everything we needed. This Villa is more than perfect for a couple. We will definitely be staying here again. We have stayed at HHI Beach and tennis resort and I would much prefer this South Beach location. Photo is the view from the balcony.

Condo was nicely renovated with a King size bed & walk-in shower. It was clean and very conveniently located close to dining, entertainment, & shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at SeaRenity. Excellent location conveniently located within 50' of the elevator and a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay

A short stay for us, but quite enjoyable. The condo was very comfortable and the Kline family were superb hosts. We will want to stay here again in the future.
