Accommodation was clean and the location is great! Great time, close to all types of food, bike rentals, everything you could want. Would definitely stay here again.

Short Stay

A friend and I stayed at this villa for just a couple days on our way to Florida. The price and location was perfect. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

A comfortable condo

This condo was very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to the ocean, pool, golf and tennis. The condo was very clean. We enjoyed our week stay.

Our stay at Shipmaster was great. We usually go to HHI every year, this being our 6th visit. Check in and communication was excellent. The property was very clean and as described. The only issue we had was the place is a little dated. Which is not terrible. Everything was clean and functional. I had a great stay and would recommend it.

Summer vacation

The condo was very roomy and comfortable having all the things we needed for our stay. The beach is further away than I anticipated,but we ended up driving and finding parking each day. All in all it was a great stay!

Perfect little long weekend!!

We needed to get away for a long weekend and stumbled upon this lovely place. Good location as we have family in Leamington. Excited to see the updates coming soon per the new owners. We loooooove that we were able to book this nightly instead of a minimum of a week stay.

Shipyard

Shipyard is a great place to stay. The owner allows you to check in when the unit is ready for instead of a set time-really appreciate that!! Mattress in smaller room needs to be replaced. Other than that great place to stay

A little misleading...

On VRBO pics it looks like the path to the each is near the Condo....this is not a beachfront property....a little misleading when checking out properties to stay at. The accommodations were omfortable. Thank you.

Cute and mostly comfy

Very cute little condo and a very nice community. Great for the price. The upstairs bigger bedroom stays very hot. So it was a little uncomfortable to sleep but the other bedroom upstairs stayed a little cooler. Very easy to communicate with very nice stay

Family Wedding

We were in Hilton Head for a family wedding. We requested an earlier check in time on Friday due to rehearsal dinner but unfortunately that was not available. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to the beach and pool.

The only thing that I could recommend is to update the property. A renovation could go a long way in appearance, & possibly a larger rent. But otherwise it worked for us.

Great rental!

The rental was clean and beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and the host communicated very quickly. Our only complaint is that we had to pick our the gate tags at the other end of the island, when the could have been called in right at the gate, saving 40 minutes of driving.

Everything was right. Our recommendation is not to have the portable fan in the window of the Master Bedroom because makes the room hotter.

Good location but dated

The unit was in a great location. It’s an older unit that needs updating. Water poured out of the good over the stove. The master bedroom is too warm - the air isn’t good in there.

Great Family but a couple bad things

Great, however older property. Washing machine flooded even with instructions to use on medium. Couldnt access (figure out) normal tv, only a streaming service worth of reruns were offered (Roku) Condensation falling into stovetop and kitchen door, and outside trash cans had not been emptied prior to our arrival. The property mgmt did act on the trash issue rather quickly.
