I loved staying here. Convenient to shops and restaurants. The condo was very clean and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

The host was fantastic to work with and responded quickly to all questions we had regarding our stay. The room was exactly as described and was very welcoming. It is only a short walk to the beach and walkable access to many stores and restaurants. We had a great stay and would stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I would definitely stay here again. Perfect for a short stay for one or two people. Excellent location, with walking distance to Coligny Circle and on the beach. Cute and updated property in an older building.

The condo was as advertised, nice, clean, perfect, and had a beach view. Kendall even checked in after we got situated to make sure we had everything we needed! Everything was communicated superbly, and the bikes were a nice bonus to ride trails around the island. Also, the beach is awesome and just steps away! Loved it!

Great place steps from the beach! Close to everything and walkable. Place was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. Kitchen has everything you need for dining in. Bikes were a great bonus but we never used them due to the weather but It is a great money saver to have them included. I would recommend this place. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great condo @ Seaside Villas

This was one of the best small condos that we've stayed in recent years at HHI. Very convenient, clean and well furnished. We will certainly look for it again when traveling as a couple.

Great Location, Clean and Perfect for a Couple

Great working with the owners who were very responsive and clear throughout the rental process and our stay. Location can't be beat and the condo was as exactly as advertised which is always a nice thing. Would definitely recommend for a couple getaway.

Great location

Amazing this property was perfect size for myself and my daughter for a three night stay on Hilton head. The beach was so close to walk to and a short walk or bike ride too many shopping and dining options. Highly recommend the host was very responsive and helpful as well.

Beautiful condo and excellent location

Beautiful condo with an excellent location. Close proximity to restaurants, shops, grocery store and most importantly just steps from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. Check-in was easy - Kendall was communicating with us the morning of our arrival. She was extremely helpful - checking in with us to ensure all was good with our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I booked this condo for our anniversary. Everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and local shopping. We loved everything about our trip and will hope to return again in the future. Thank you!

Great 4th of July Weekend

We had a great stay at the place over the holiday weekend. There were still parking spots even though we arrived late at night. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The listing was true to photos, and anything we needed (extra towels, trash bags, beach chairs) were provided. It had its own beach access and was within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Overall it was a nice stay and we would come back!
