  • HILTON HEAD ISLAND. North Shore Place is THE spot for vacationers who are looking to be in the center of activity in Hilton Head. Located next to Coligny Plaza, these deluxe villas are just steps away from some the Island’s finest shops and restaurants. North Shore Place offers covered parking, a roof-top swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and is only a two-minute walk to the beach.

    This tastefully appointed villa has tile floors in the living areas and wood flooring in the bedrooms. The living room has a sleeper sofa with 2 swivel rocking chairs, flat screen TV, sound bar, DVD and door to the patio. The fully equipped kitchen has a large table with 2 benches on each side with seating for 8. The coffee maker is a combo pod and filter coffee maker.

    The first bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV with a private bath with a garden tub with separate shower. There is also a door to the balcony.

    The second bedroom has a queen, and flat screen TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The balcony has 2 side chairs and a table for 4, great for enjoying outdoor dining.

    This unit is conveniently located near Coligny Plaza, beach access, and shopping to make sure you in the center of the excitement during your visit!

Family time

We loved 110 North Shore

This was a great property! My kids and I loved it! It was cozy yet spacious. The decor and cleanliness were amazing! Will definitely try to book this again for next year!

Three generations family trip

We had a great week in HHI staying at this North Shore property. We had some family members at the Courtyard nearby and it was great that we could meet up at Coligny or at the condo. Everything within walking distance. The condo was spacious enough for all of us to visit in one location and as a place to regroup following a beach day. Beds were comfortable and plenty of dishes and cookware. The dual coffee maker was also nice. We didn’t get up to the pool until the last day but my granddaughter loved it.

Location

Perfect location Washer was out though and they knew but didn't inform us prior, which would have made it better as we could have packed more.

Great stay and location

We’ve stayed at North Shore Place in the past, and this unit was by far the nicest and cleanest. We appreciated the updates to the furniture and well stocked kitchen. The Unit location was ideal and quiet in the evenings, away from the Coligny square.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 110 Northshore Place. The features that we enjoyed were that the elevated 1st floor end condo was as depicted online, close proximity to Coligney Plaza, the beach, 4th floor pool and the views from the front and the rear deck, well equipped kitchen, step in shower in the master bath and very comfortable beds. We did have a few issues with codes working consistently, with the master toilet that required a new flange and the AC condensate line that backed up and caused a pool of water in the floor;however, both larger issues were quickly repaired. One suggestion I would make is to arrange the upper kitchen pantry so as to make greater space to store grocery items. Although I am not necessarily a pet lover, I did enjoy the unique dog paintings in the dining area. It was also nice to see that the owners are from Nolensville, TN as we live in Murfreesboro, TN. We were very happily impressed with Island Getaway staff’s professionalism and quickness in addressing all our needs.

Wonderful vacation over the 4th! Condo was wonderful, super spacious and right in the heart of Coligny Plaza. The on-site pool served our needs well and the short walk to the beach was easy. Will definitely try to book here again in the future!
