We had a great stay? The pool is large and very nice. As advertised the beach is a 7 minute walk. We did have hard rain one day and the roof leaked over master bedroom in two places. This needs to be fixed. Still enjoyed the house and location.

Spacious, tucked away, 5 minute walk to the beach

My family and I had a great time at this house. Perfect location in being away from the main areas of the resort and a legitimate short walk to the beach. Spacious, plenty of room, kids loved the pool. Great place for a big family trip!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful house tucked away in Palmetto Dunes. We come every year and this is the first time we rented an entire house for our group of 11. Kids lived the pool and the views were awesome. Could even see the fireworks from the back deck at shelter cove!

Family Christmas week

Needs some outdoor decking repair. House was clean and very livable. Needs to install missing lightbulbs. Plenty of space for all of us to be together or find a quiet spot.

Beautiful location but house is not up to par

Hilton Head is beautiful and the neighborhood is amazing. This specific house was not worth the rental fee. The house was very messy from remaining sand on the floors to stool being left on one of the toilets. The deck and pool area need a lot of maintenance. The pictures online show a beautiful lighted pool. Pool lights did not work and the furniture was in disarray with the last renters pool toys and floats left all over. EVERY single one of the beds in the house make so much noise every time you move. The house has several light bulbs out. The elevator was hard to figure out and finicky. The driveway had beach rental gear left from over a week ago from the last renters. The garage has trash, sand, and beach gear strung out all over the place. The dishwasher leaked on our arrival but management did send someone to fix it on day 3 of our rental. The dishes in the house were not evenly distributed between the floors. We would have to go upstairs to get dishes for the main floor and back and fourth. The home has beautiful views and windows but the windows have not been wiped down in months. They had finger and hand prints on them when we arrived. The floors are rough on the feet. The home is in a beautiful location and the pictures make it seem as though it is clean and well maintained. It did not ruin our vacation but it was very disappointing when you arrive and see the condition it was in and that you have looked forward to and paid good money for.

Perfect house for our group

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had 5 adults and 4 teenagers. The teens were able to have their own space which was nice. The pool was absolutely perfect! The walk to the beach took us about 5 minutes. Communication with the property manager was great and they were prompt in responding. Would stay at this property again.

Location, location, location

Two families of 6 with kids ranging from 14 years old to 23 years old stayed in this sprawling home. We usually stay in Shipyard but decided to try Palmetto Dunes. Loved it. This house is laid out so well that everyone can easily have their own space but can still be together. The house overlooks the golf course which makes it easy to ride bikes on the golf cart path after hours. The beach is a short 5 minute walk away. The swimming pool is huge. Loved this house and look forward to future stays.

June 19 2021 Week @ 176 Mooring B

Good stay, provided great pool for adults and teenagers. 2 came in handy. Biking on cart path after 7 pm was safer than residential areas. Spectacular views of wildlife and golfers from large upstairs windows. Upper deck overlooking course was another quiet getaway or gathering outdoor spot. Would rent again. Celebrated 30 year anniversary in upstairs area with lots of room.

Great views of the Robert Trent Jones golf course!!!

Plenty of space for everyone. The pool was an awesome way to cool off after a day at the nearby beach!! Grilling outdoors and enjoying the panoramic views of the golf course added to a great venue for a vacation.

Place was perfect for what we were looking for.

Plenty of space and the pool was perfect for family gatherings. Beach was extremely accessible and empty. Golfers enjoy chipping in the evening and while the rest could watch from many vantage points on the property. The thing we were most impressed with was the completeness of the kitchens. There was every tool, plate, cup, appliance, including 2 full ice makers separate from the fridges. I give it a 10 out of 10.

Memorable family vacation

House was very nice. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. Pool was especially awesome & house location was good too. There were only a couple of minor things that I had to report initially as 2 doors that wouldn't close. They actually were not repaired during our stay but not a big deal really. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Mooring Buoy

What a wonderful home. Took our son/fiancé, daughter and her clan of 6 and had room and privacy for more! Beautiful location on RTJ #12 with kayak launch and the beach was a 2 minute walk. Very quiet, clean and private! Management was very responsive with requests. The only recommendation is to beef up the 3rd floor air conditioning. During late afternoons it was warm.
