    The Space:

    Kickback and enjoy a relaxing beach vacation in this 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa in the Evian complex. This stunning scenic complex gives you access to a shared pool, tennis courts, and more! Take in the beautiful surroundings of Hilton Head Island by fishing in the lagoons, soaking up the sun at the beach just walking distance from you villa, or playing tennis with friends and family at the Vander Meer Tennis center.



    This rental has everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation with a fully stocked sleek and modern kitchen, a patio that overlooks the breathtaking golf course, and flat screen TV's in every room to enjoy movie nights with friends and family while on vacation.

Great place!

My favorite spot in shipyard. Will definitely book again. Loved everything about this place. We come twice a year and stay in different areas of Shipyard, but this one is my new favorite.

Fantastic Vacation!

I can't say enough great things about our townhouse stay. After multiple visits to the island, I think we have found our favorite place - Shipyard. The location was fantastic, the townhouse was clean and organized, and we had easy beach access/parking every day🙂

Absolutely lovely place

We visit HHI about 4x a year and this is our first stay in Evian. The property was absolutely lovely, cleans and convenient. We have found our rental for the future.

Perfect family vacation destination!

This was our first time visiting Hilton Head and this property was everything we could have asked for! The location was perfect with easy access to the beach, pool, restaurants and activities. We loved getting to know the local wildlife and riding our bikes everywhere! The property itself was clean and included all of the amenities we needed to make this the perfect family vacation!

Perfect Location

My wife and I enjoyed biking and walking on the beach in the mornings and evenings. The location of the townhouse is second to none on the island. Near trails, beach restaurants and shopping. Great time and very relaxing!

Great condo!

Loved everything about this condo - nice decor and furniture, great layout, and very clean. Lots of nice extras - laundry baskets, hangers, folding table, and even a beach wagon. Short walk to the community pool; the beach is about a 10-minute walk. Would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant Surprise

We were very pleased with the location and condition of this property. It was very appealing and exceed our expectations. We would love to stay there again. It’s an inviting environment both inside and out. We enjoyed multiple walks including the short trip to the beach. We loved the layout and the small patio on the water and golf course.

Property was great just a little far from beach. Be sure to bring you hair dryer and garbage bags. Nice and private location. Great to bring pets!
