Este alquiler de villa de planta abierta de un solo nivel elevado (16 pasos hasta la puerta) es un paseo fácil a la playa, tenis, golf, General Store y Outfitters. El aparcamiento se encuentra debajo del edificio. ¡Notarás un piso de vinilo de lujo completamente nuevo en todo! El dormitorio principal cuenta con baño principal en suite con vestidor, TV de pantalla plana y acceso al balcón. El maestro es una combinación de bañera y ducha de azulejos. El dormitorio de invitados también cuenta con un baño en suite, TV de pantalla plana con control deslizante a la cubierta. El baño de visitas es una combinación de bañera y ducha de azulejos también. La cocina está totalmente equipada y da a las áreas de comedor y sala de estar. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para seis. La sala de estar cuenta con muebles completamente nuevos, con un sofá cama Queen, un sofá y una silla lateral. También hay un televisor de pantalla plana junto con el control deslizante a la cubierta. Perfect Getaway

Very short walk to the beach and even shorter to the Pool, which was super clean with lots of chairs, tables and umbrellas. The unit was clean and comfortable. Special thanks for having a Keurig in the unit I wish more owners would do that! We would definitely go back to this unit again.

Nice clean unit and a perfect Beach Location

The location the Moorings is terrific if you like the beach at Palmetto Dunes. It is a very short walk, and you don't have to cross any streets. The Dunes House beach bar and restaurant is steps away. This unit is on the second floor, up about 15 steps. All the amenities are there: Netflix, Internet, and an outdoor pool with shade and cover on a windy day. The owner has made it very comfortable, and the only noises are the birds chirping in the trees. We loved it.

The pool was never crowded. This is also a very family oriented location based on our experience.

The unit is steps from the beach and to all amenities at the Palmetto Dubes resort with plenty of room to spaces. The newly renovated space is large, bright airy and has all the accoutrements needed for a fabulous beach get away.

nice condo, good location

Very well provided. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice furnishings, the only complaint was that the master bedroom bed really needed to be changed. Short walk to the beach. Otherwise a great condo and would rent again.
