Impresionante de cuatro dormitorios Hilton Head Island alquiler de vacaciones!

¡Ven a disfrutar de esta casa totalmente renovada con maravillosas vistas a la laguna y al campo de golf de Robert Trent Jones! La casa acaba de ser completamente pintada y ahora tiene pisos de madera en toda la casa. La cocina del chef es hermosa con sus encimeras de granito, gabinetes personalizados y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La cocina estará totalmente equipada con todo lo que su familia necesita para cocinar una comida en casa. El área de comedor justo al lado de la cocina cuenta con una nueva mesa de estilo picnic con asientos para seis personas. La sala de estar completa el concepto abierto con sus muebles cómodos y contemporáneos, pisos de madera, TV LCD y múltiples controles deslizantes para un fácil acceso a su terraza privada y al área de la piscina. Hay un gran porche cubierto con muchos muebles para relajarse y disfrutar de una comida al aire libre. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama King, televisor LCD, armarios para él y para ella y un baño principal muy grande en suite. El baño principal está completamente actualizado con una vanidad para él y para ella, una tina de jardín y una gran ducha separada de azulejos. El primer dormitorio de huéspedes tiene una cama doble y TV LCD. El segundo dormitorio de huéspedes cuenta con dos camas individuales y un televisor LCD.

The cushions on the chairs in the screened in porch were dotted with black mold and porch and garage woodwork had mold. The property needed cleaning on the exterior of the home and porch and interior garage.

A home away from home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family’s second stay at this well maintained home! There was new furniture in the screen room, where we spent the majority of our time. Also new exterior paint. I especially love that this house has garage access and provides pool toys and even a few beach chairs. Another nice touch is the many games for young and old. Once the pool filter was fixed everything was just about perfect. Bike rentals were enjoyed and made it easy to visit the numerous resort bar and grills. Love the Dunes House especially! About a 10 minute walk to the beach with kids and accompanying paraphernalia. Rental fees are reasonable but the additional resort fees and cleaning fees are not! Be sure to plan for a 15-20 minute drive to get in and out of Palmetto Dunes.

Full Sweep Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: This house is in a great location. 5 minute bike ride to the beach. 10 minute bike ride to the general store, pickleball, tennis courts. Great view of the lagoon and golf course. The house was clean.Cons: if you have kids, beware you cannot lock the front or back door from the inside. The back door doesn't even have a lock, just a flimsy piece of PVC to block the sliding door. Mosquitos are terrible at this house - the left side of the house (where you wash off sand) is swarming. Bring your deep woods deet. Also, be prepared for almost no supplies. This house didn't even have salt & pepper in the kitchen. And there wasn't enough toilet paper, paper towels, or dish cleaning supplies for just a week. For the price, this was disappointing.The cheap clothes washer broke while we were there, forcing us to hand-wash clothing and be present for two maintenance appointments, neither of which led to a repair. We were refunded a small portion to make up for this, but it was a major inconvenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4 full sweep was a great home to host my family of 7. The house was both clean and well maintained and came with lots of great amenities. Location may have been the absolute best part. Being on the lake provided gorgeous views 24/7 and even included a special visit from deer friends in the backyard. The house is also right near the beach and great restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect home for a family get together. Only concerns: the front door (with keypad) can easily be opened from the inside by a 3-year old and the sliding door to porch doesn’t have a lock (it is secured by plastic tube inserted into the door grooves). Overall a great vacation and we are hoping to rent the property again next year. PS, I rated cleanliness a “4” because the little fishing dock was covered in bird poop and we had to rinsed it down before letting anyone on it I understand that birds visit there everyday - we rinsed the dock a number of times, but it would be nice to have it clean for new arrivals.

You must rent kayaks, the lagoon is a perfect way to enjoy, get a little exercise and have fun in the sun. Bikes are enjoyable as the paths are safe and shady.

Less than expected

We rented the house for four (4) nights. I'm glad that it was no more. The house wasn't very clean with lots of dust piled on certain items and bugs and cobwebs in the corner. You could easily tell that the housekeeping has been performed in a hurried manner for quite some time. The shower glass looked as though it had never been cleaned. Several light bulbs were burned out. There were extra pillows in each bedroom but no pillow cases for them. There were microscopic ants on the vanity in the master bathroom. The outside was in a very unkept state. Lots of debris and no routine maintenance was evident. We are not sure if the owners are aware of how poorly their investment property is being cared for, but there is great room for improvement.
