Wonderful home conveniently located next to Marina. Well appointed with lots of room for family to spread out. Loved all the wildlife that would visit every day!

Easy check in and out. Great location, easy access to beach and pool. Property well maintained and clean! Appreciate the full size dish and hand soaps in bathrooms, ample beach towels. We rented beach stuff from South Beach Racquet Club which is walkable and has great pickleball! Kids loved trolley (runs every 30 min to Harbor Town) and Salty Dog Cafe for ice cream. Note - beach umbrella in bin is very broken but not big deal.

My group of 7 adults who stayed in this villa all rate the property 5 out of 5! It is a beautiful home and everything about it is top shelf, from the furnishings, decor, kitchen and appliances, outdoor spaces to the pool. We loved our stay at this property and would definitely return. All of the beds are very comfortable, even the Murphy bed in the lower level. That space was my 31-year-old daughter's "bedroom," and she loved it. Unlike some places I've stayed at, there were plenty of blankets to keep us comfortable. All four bathrooms were also gorgeous and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes, glasses, etc. to "eat in" if you are so inclined. The place was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. Checking in was easy and went smoothly. The views from the balcony at sunset are stunning.

Perfect Waterfront Home

This villa met all of our expectations…comfortable beds and quality bedding, furnishings were beautiful, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs & towels, we enjoyed morning coffee outside looking at the sound and having a pool right out the front door was convenient. The sound was perfect for paddle boarding too. Just a block away is Salty Dog Restaurant, shops and ice cream. It was a perfect family vacation. Thanks to the owners for creating a warm, lovely home.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was well stocked and very clean - except the outdoor furniture was not clean - but besides that it was great. The beds were comfortable. The location and view of the ocean is perfect. We loved walking to the Salty Dog every night! We would rent this villa again.

Great getaway

The property was very well-maintained and ready for us when we got there. Minor challenge with getting the TV going, but we think it was mostly human error on our part. Property manager had someone out very quickly to solve the challenge. Very responsive team. We very much like to stay in the same unit again. It was perfect for us.

TV was terrible

The condo was very nice, however the TV was terrible. Kept buffering. Especially on the first floor. Would not stay again because of the poor TV service

Perfect villa for beach oriented stay in Sea Pines

This gorgeous villa has everything a Sea Pines visitor could want . . . Fabulous location (just steps to the beach or tennis, and short stroll to South Beach docks and The Salty Dog!), great sunset view, generous beautifully appointed space with two great-rooms, big deck and balcony for deer and dolphin watching! We have been coming to Sea Pines for 40+ years, and our stay at this villa ranks as one of our best stays ever! Thanks to the owners for putting so much thought into every detail. We highly recommend this property . . . Would head back tomorrow if we could!

Best place we’ve stayed in Hilton Head

Hard to decide what we liked better: The very short walk to the beach, the view of the water from the balcony, or the super clean conditions of the villa. Our family (eight adults and two 1-year-olds) loved how close we were to the beach, especially when you consider all of the extras that accompany any trip with little ones. If you felt like a stroll along the shore, you just walked out the door and 30 yards later, you were catching glimpses of dolphins. We loved the cleanliness of the villa, as well as the soft bathroom towels, the available beach towels and chairs, the patio deck with new BBQ, and that relaxing view from the balcony. Since there are three main floors to this unit, plan to bring some gates or other obstacles if you have toddlers. The two upstairs bedrooms are large enough for portable cribs, but not the bedroom behind the kitchen: that room contains two Queen beds. We used the Murphy bed on the bottom floor and it worked out well. There’s not a great amount of privacy in that room since it’s the main way to get to the beach and patio deck. But the room has its own bathroom so it worked well for us. The villa was just a 5-minute walk to pickleball courts and the Salty Dog restaurant and shops. This is the far end of the island, and it seems a bit quieter than other areas. But you are about 15 minutes or more from a grocery store, so it’s not a quick trip for that gallon of milk. We will definitely stay here the next time we come back to HHI.

We have stayed in this general area of Sea Pines previously but we enjoyed this property the best. It is very convenient to the beach and Salty Dog Cafe. We loved the views of the water from the unit.

Quiet Beach Time

This was a beautiful home in a nice quiet area way back in Sea Pines. It did take some time to get out of the development but as a result it was far less busy. Easy walking distance to a local restaurant and some shops were a nice bonus. The property is well maintained and did not have any signs of a rental unit. You can see the unit is well cared for. The layout was spectacular and the lower level room was a family favorite for watching movies and playing games in the evening. The beach is steps from the back door and we spent plenty of time on the sparsely populated beach. All in all we would stay here again and recommend this property.

Best beach Villa ever!

We loved the location right on the beach ! Lots of dolphins swimming by , gorgeous sunsets , immaculate condition , so nice ! Our guests enjoyed two separate living areas , bathrooms for every bedroom and five big screen TV’s, to enjoy . Also the kitchen is well equipped and spotless . Two minute walk to the world famous Salty Dog Marina , restaurants , convenience store and gift shops too . You can take a sunset dolphin cruise from there and rent a variety of water sports equipment ( (kayaks , pontoon boats ,etc , even charter a boat and go deep sea fishing . Highly recommend , we will come again .

Wonderful stay

What a fantastic property. Perfect location..perfect. Modern and spacious. Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. Large tv’s throughout. We brought our fire stick for the kids and they enjoyed that. Lots of room to be in different areas and never felt crowded. Loved the patio and such an easy walk to the beach. Basically your back yard!

Beautiful rental

This condo was beautiful and practical. We were a family of 10 and fit very comfortably. The beach was right out the back door and Salty Dog was a short walk across the parking lot and street. We had everything we needed and everything was very clean. We walked across the street to rent bikes and enjoyed all the bike trails in Sea Pines. We would definitely stay here again.

Exactly as advertised

We enjoyed a week at this beautiful property with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Everything was clean, neat,, and exactly as described / pictured. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to the marina. The property owner takes excellent care of this home.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the villa. It was perfect for our family group of 9, ages 1 to 65. The accommodations were great and the beach was a very short walk. I would highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location!

Our family has been coming to Sea Pines for 10 years and this was the best house yet. The location is impossible to beat! Great fishing, sunsets, terrific wildlife(the deer and the dolphins), and just steps to the Salty Dog. Perfect!

October getaway

Our group of 4 adults and 3 children enjoyed a wonderful week in Sea Pines. We found the property to be "as advertised". The location is excellent with easy access to the beach and pool. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is divided between 3 floors which provided plenty of space for adults and kids. The property manager was very helpful and responsive to any inquiry. We plan to return.
