  • Wake up to breathtaking ocean views in this beautifully renovated 3rd-floor villa, the perfect escape for two. Enjoy an open-concept design with a plush King bed, cozy Queen sleeper, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a spa-style walk-in shower. Sip coffee on your private balcony, stroll the beach just steps away, or bike to nearby shops and restaurants — beach chairs and bikes included for your adventure.

    Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
    Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

    As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

    Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Wonderful host! Beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, easy walk to the beach, bikes made exploring coligny enjoyable too!
Nice view from the balcony! It was chilly and windy a couple days but this is nice and protected so we were able to enjoy playing games on the patio in the rain!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was steps away from the beach and had a nice patio to enjoy the breeze. So close to Coligny. Enjoyed having access to the bikes as well.

The villa was nice and clean, close to the elevator. The king bed was wonderful! We walked everywhere and had many choices for food and beverages.

Great location neat the beach

We had a great time and it was just a short walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and a wagon provided, which made getting to and from the beach easy. The property was in good shape and we took advantage of the pool

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband I went to Hilton Head for my 60th birthday. I wanted a relaxing weekend where we could see the ocean from the villa and be able to walk to the beach and into town. The location of the villa checked all the boxes. Bikes are also provided and we enjoyed a leisurely ride on the bike path while enjoying the area. The condo was clean and updated and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is gorgeous and a 2 minute walk from the condo. Beach chairs, and a wagon were also provided for use. We wish we could have stayed longer. We already raved about the Seaside Villas and the management company to our family and friends.

Perfect stay

Beautiful rental - everything you need for a nice relaxing stay in Hilton Head. Great location - easy walk to shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza… easy check in and out, great communication with the owner. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location. Have stayed at Sea side Villas for over 25 years. The complex is always updated and clean. This unit has central air and king size bed. Everything you need is in the unit. Really good ocean view.

Property review

Kendall is a great guy person to deal with. He was totally open and honest. Gave us ideas on where to go and what to do on HHI. His place is perfect for a couple looking to stay on the beach . His place is safe clean and comfortable.

Extremely nice condo

The condo was just as it shows, very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The mattress was the best, never stayed anywhere before with such a comfortable bed. Would definitely go back.

Great little getaway spot!

My husband and I really enjoyed this place. Great for a couple. Loved seeing and being so close to the ocean. It is also close to nice restaurants and other areas. The host was awesome! So responsive and even had a little gift for us when we arrived! Definitely would stay here again!
