perfect for a small family

Everything about this little condo was great! The location to the beach and shopping, the cleanliness, the pool right outside the back door for the kids. A bike rental place was almost directly across the street which was a lot of fun. We will definitely stay here again.

Great long weekend

Overall a nice place, awesome location, super clean, cute decor. Could work on ac vents and fan situation in the guest room, but we were able to manage with the floor fan provided. Also could work on the pillows being more comfortable. Kids loved it and didn't want to leave, nice pool, super well stocked kitchen, had a lovely picnic out back at the outdoor table, loved the huge dining table that we could all fit at!

Hilton head property

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. The location itself plus the proximity to the beach was great. There are a couple simple and inexpensive things that could be done to make the experience so much better though. First, beach towels would be a great improvement to the stay. We have never stayed at a beach front rental that did not supply beach towels. This would have helped us tremendously considering that we used air travel for this vacation. Beach front property/pool should equal beach towels. Second, coffee filters. Every coffee maker requires a different filter which makes it difficult to know what you need ahead of time, yet there were none supplied. I even contacted Vacasa and they verified that coffee filters were not provided. Such a simple and cheap thing that could be done! Now the major thing that NEEDS to be addressed is the carpet. It is extremely worn with obvious stains in areas plus has a musty smell to it which is understandable considering people are coming in and out from the pool and beach with wet bodies and feet. Some vinyl plank flooring to replace the carpet would be a HUGE improvement and honestly, a necessary one. The last thing that I would say is that the bike path/walking gate code we were provided was incorrect. I tried contacting Vacasa regarding this and they said they were opening a ticket about it but I never heard back. We had to jump the fence if we wanted to get out and use the path.

Great Location!

we were pleased to have both a pool AND the ocean just steps away. The home is very comfortable for 4 adults. TV worked well, Kitchen was well stocked. would definitely stay here again

Great place!

Cozy villa on a gated lot and less than a 5 minute walk from the beach. Backdoor was right at the pool! Clean with towels, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. Would definitely stay here again no problem!

Great location, steps from beach path and pool is right outside of patio. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds. Loved staying here.

Great Location

Steps from the beach, nice pool and walkable distance to Coligny Square. No blankets in the house so the cold blooded kids froze at night while warm blooded parents had the A/C blasting. The hot water did not last through 2 showers - make sure to stagger them. But overall great location and accommodations

Great location. Friendly neighbors!

This place was very clean and comfortable. It was just the 2 of us for a couple days but wish we had more time to enjoy. Would be a little tight for a large family but doable. Definitely would return. Had no need to contact management so that's a good thing. Wish door code was shorter. LOL

Nice location

Everything was clean location to beach was nice. The draw backs were pool was not heated as described for the month of September. Unit showed wear and tear. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Access to the beach was much closer from back door but you can’t lock the back door from outside so you had to walk around unit. And the extra cleaning they ask you to do I feel we already paid for cleaning I shouldn’t have to strip the beds and wash the towels.

Best Place to Vacation

We have stayed at the same condo 3 years now. We look forward to it all year. Plan to keep it an anual vacation. Easy walk to the beach, and restaurants and shopping. Clean condo and neighborhood. We love Hilton Head and Ocean Club. Very family friendly.

Ocean Club 35

Very pleased with our stay. This was our 2nd year in unit 35. The condo is clean, well maintained, updated bathrooms and perfect location. Short walk to beach, close enough to go back for lunch. Kitchen well equipped for us to cook 4 nights out of the week.

Great location

This property is close to everything you might need or want. The unit itself is just across from the pool and just steps from the beach. It's a great property for families with children. Parking is right outside the unit.

BEST PLACE TO STAY!

We just stayed at this condo for a week and it was wonderful !The pool is now heated . The condo was clean ,well furnished ,and has everything included to watch on the smart TV { ie:netflix prime etc }.We would definitely rent again !

Perfect location in relation to the beach and other activities. Charming and comfortable.

Walking straight out to the beautiful pool area was a major plus. The beach access was great especially if you need to run back to the condo for anything. Kitchen was perfect-we chose to cook most evenings and having a washer and dryer is an added bonus. Nice decor with a beach cottage feel. Definitely didn’t want to leave after a week of relaxation!!!
