The listing of this property seemed promising. I stayed at this resort as a child and I remember the property and proximity to the beach were great and I was excited to see that this unit had been updated. I was excited to take my family here. 3 days before our trip I was told that if we needed a second parking pass we would have to request it. I put in the request and was told that it was put on our reservation. We arrived and there was only one pass. I contacted the owner with the number that was given and had to wait 20 minutes for this to be resolved. Once we got into the condo, I noticed some things that were not noticeable in the listing. One of the double beds is broken and slanted. The leg is duct-taped together so I know they are aware of the issue, but it is shorter than all the other legs. The middle part of the frame is also bent.If you walk barefoot in this condo expect your feet to be dirty. A little sand is understandable considering we are at the beach, but the amount of dirt was concerning because it seemed as though it isn’t thoroughly clean. Additionally, there were shoes, socks, hair nets, and other belongings under the bed.On the last day i realized that the bi-fold door covering the air conditioning equipment was broken and just set inside the door frame. This also raised a safety concern considering we had two small children in our group.Overall, I’m disappointed in my stay because I don’t expect a vacation to be less enjoyable than staying home
