The Internet company & password recently changed, the wrong information was on the refrigerator posed and laminated as “WiFi” login. Unable to get on the room’s WiFi during our stay.Maintenance informed a plumber would be there upon our arrival, I had to deny and request that NOT be scheduled during our time.(Dishwasher out of order during stay)The plumber came anyway, and was gone before arrived however, they left a mess of wet towels and hanging in the kitchen sink and there was a random trash can in the middle of the kitchen when we arrived.The bed was uncomfortable and didn’t have enough blankets (we stayed during winter and outdoor temps in 40’s) there was no comforter, just a thin blanket over a sheet. The pillows went flat immediately upon laying on them. I attempted to double up pillows in the same pillowcase and discovered the pillows were covered in mold and mildew. Be prepared to wake up with a sore neck and back the next day. There was a constant smell in the hallway of strong weed being smoked.The tv has a bright night light that won’t turn off, there is light coming in the windows and door at night. Lots of bangs, slamming doors, and thumps all night. We didn’t sleep well and woke up exhausted.Shower situation wasn’t bad, they provide typical single use shampoo and soap. The hard crunchy towels are like sandpaper to your skin though. Laundering could use some softener in my opinion.We won’t be back.
