Located on Hilton Head Island, our second-floor condo sits along the peaceful shoreline of Port Royal Sound, with easy access to a quiet tidal beach that’s perfect for morning walks, shell collecting, and beautiful sunsets.Thoughtfully designed with a fresh coastal feel, this beautifully updated condo is the perfect home base for beach days, golf outings, bike rides, and exploring everything Hilton Head Island has to offer.
Comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests include:

* Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig Duo coffee maker
* Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms
* Dining area perfect for family meals or game nights
* Fully enclosed porch with windows that open
* Fast Wi-Fi for streaming or working remotely
* Pack ’n Play and pop-up beach tent with UV shade and splash pool for little travelers
* Beach chairs and wagon for days by the water

Primary Bedroom: King bed with a new hybrid memory foam mattress and hotel-style bedding

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed plus twin-over-twin bunk beds

Guests also have access to the amenities at The Spa at Port Royal Sound, including:

* Two outdoor pools, typically open April through mid-October
* Indoor pool, spa, fitness room, and sauna
* Tennis and basketball courts
* Playground
* Pier
* Grilling areas
* Easy beach access just a short stroll away
* Located on the second floor - stair access is required; there is no elevator
* $25 parking per vehicle (card only) collected by the gate upon arrival. 2 vehicles max
* No RVs, motorcycles, or watercraft are allowed on property
* Quiet hours are 10 PM- 8 AM
* No pets allowed
* NO SMOKING. The Tidal Cottage is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the condo or on the porch. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Guests are responsible for an additional costs resulting from a violation of this rule, including odor or smoke remediation, excessive cleaning, damaged linens or furnishings, and other expenses required to return the property to a smoke-free condition. A minimum $250 smoke-remediation charge may apply, with additional charges assessed if the actual cost of remediation or damage exceeds that amount
* This property is on Port Royal Sound rather than the open Atlantic. The shoreline is tidal, so beach width and water levels change throughout the day. It is best suited for peaceful walks, shell collecting, relaxing, and enjoying the scenery rather than a traditional wide ocean beach
